Staf x cerewet.. mudah.. cuma x ada lift.. perabut yang agak dh lama.. park byak.. brekfast xdak.. x ramai yang inap

Kemudahan kurang memuaskan. pintu rosak. water heater rosak. makanan pun biasa2 saja.

Hotel ini terletak di Bangunan Kompleks Belia. Setiap check-in awal dikenakan cas RM15/jam. Tiada lif disediakan.Oleh itu, hotel ini tidak mesra pengguna terhadap penginap berusia/warga emas yang mempunyai masalah sakit kaki/lutut kerana perlu menggunakan tangga. Sarapan pagi yang disediakan tiada banyak pilihan. Kucing berkeliaran di sekitar lobi hotel. Kawasan parking yang luas.

Bilik besar tapi kemudahan kurang sarapan mengecewakan tidak tambah makanan yang sudah habis.

Saya baru check in pada 6/3/19 jam 11.55 pm. Layanan seorang pekerja lelaki sangat teruk dan berlagak. Saya yakin beliau adalah pekerja baru, bagi saya pekerja baru atau lama tiada isu, tetapi layanan terhadap pelanggan mesti diutamakan. Saya datang untuk meginap dan berbayar, bukan mengemis. Sila ambil tindakan segera bagi mengelakkan pelanggan berkurangan. Terima kasih.

Improve cleanliness, please keep the toilet bowl clean, check the kettle, fridge is very dirty. No towels as the staffs said not enough because hotel is fully booked but I noticed the parking area is empty!

Tidak mempunyai hot water shower dan sikap pekerja kemas bilik yang tidak sopan dan berbahasa kasar.

the room is very comfortable . not expected that big . very in love with the hotel . I stay 1 day then I change my mind to stay at resort near beach the second day . but its not comfy like this hotel . I cancel the resort and get back to this hotel .

Hotel yang berdekatan dengan pusat pentadbiran Negeri Pahang.

It is really fun.

There was a small refrigerator available from the image. But when entered the room, the space for refrigerator was empty. When called the receptionist, she said they forgot to change the image yet. I really need the refrigerator so I asked if they could put my foods inside the refrigerator in the kitchen. But the receptionist said kitchen is already closed. No effort to help. I booked deluxe family room. Sadly, there were 3 single bed. 2 single beds were combine and it was not so comfortable for us. The plug point also broke down. One of the lamp button was not functioning, so that I could not switch off the light before sleep. My personal thought that the room was like student's hostel.

Inside room should have strength wifi connections

They should have a room tel phone foe easy call receptions and room connections call.
