Enjoyed our stay here, not too crowded, restaurant view was nice, so many pools to choose from. Strong wifi as well is a plus too.

The resort’s hotspring is too hot, it can almost scald due to hight heat of the water. I hope it can be mixed with a portion of regular temperature water. Foreigners might be okay with those high temperatures, but most of Filipino wouldn’t prefer that high heat.

The rooms are clean. Choice of using the hot therapeutic pools (open 24 hrs!) and the water park (for kids and young once). Great choices for dining - Pancake House, Barrio Fiesta, and a Japanese restaurant available within the hotel premises. Reasonable pricing for the rooms.

Kindly clean the pools because there are lots of insects floating around.

Air conditioning is not powerful enough for the size of the room. Left it on in coolest temp for the entire day but still, did not help. Sheets and pillow had mold marks as well. Had it changed for the next day. However, friendly and accommodating staff made a difference.

Beautiful resort. We had a nice stay. Pool is good for relaxation during sunset.

the place was quiet and relaxing. hot spring pools were excellent. the staff were accommodating and nice. definitely a nice retreat from those seeking a quick trip away from the city.

At first, I thought this was just the same as the other private pools in Pansol. But as we reach our destination (going up the hill), I realized that the photo I saw from websites/posts are true! It’s an over looking view. There are cold and hot pools/springs. Because of the choices in the pool, it accommodates both young and adults. The best part of all, their pool areas are 24 hours! The manager (the name is Garfry? Not sure) even assisted us in lifting our baggage from the parking up to our room. The comfort room also has a bath tub! The superior room we got is 2-floor. They even have 2 flat screens up and down. The only thing I could complain about is the ramen I had in their Japanese cuisine menu. Not really satisfied on its taste. But don’t get me wrong, I would still want to go back in here.

The hotel crew were very accomodating and very welcoming with our requests. The location was great if you were looking for a place to unwind the busy urban Manila. I love that we were able to spend the night in their public jaccuzi. Overall, it was a good place for couples and barkada get away; a must visit tourist place.
