The staff was very friendly and the hotel feels very nice to stay.

ได้ห้องมืดๆติดลิฟต์ ถ้าไม่ติดว่าเป็นคนง่ายๆก็รู้สึกหายใจไม่ค่อยออก แต่ที่นอนก็ใช้ได้

Pertama kali menginap di hotel ini awalnya Happy, tapi ketika check out jadi pengalaman yg sangat buruk, kita di charge biaya ganti rugi karena noda di bantal dan Sprei yg memang sudah ada sejak awal, licik sih caranya, sudah sangat jelas sekali itu noda karena bekas setrika dan nodanya besar, pada saat kita mau klarifikasi dengan cleaning service mereka kabur, karena tau kita tamu dari beda negara. Jadi jika ingin menginap disini harus sungguh-sungguh berhati-hati, photo dan video terlebih dahulu sebelum menempati kamar, karena jika tidak kalian akan mengalami hal yang sama seperti kami, mereka akan minta ganti rugi karena noda yang memang sudah ada sebelum kita menempati kamar

ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงนะคะ ได้ห้องหน้าลิฟจะได้ยินเสียงคนเดินทั้งคืน ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นค่ะ

Huge space, nice room and easy parking, well maintained building. The lift is quite small. The receptionist is friendly and does help you. You need to prepare a deposit even if you have a full paid 1 room for 1000 bath/rm100, cash and can use Malaysian note. The swimming pool is deep, and definitely not suitable for kids and needs to use a swimtube. If you come by your own car, it will be easy for you. But they can call tuk tuk, and free tuk tuk service to Diana mall but there ' s a schedule A lots of dog but they will not bother you and just guarding. Definitely need to watch out for mosquitoes, a lots of them. If you staying on block A, the 2nd floor you will have to stay face to face with the neighbors house there, if on 3rd floor or above it ' s OK. Overall is OK to stay here, the price is quite reasonable compare to others.

My room is a balcony room, so big and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Near the city. Will repeat if I go to Hatyai again.
