They did not provide complete set of toiletries, no complementary water and no floor mat/rug in the CR.,the rooms/facilities were old. There were disturbing noises in the window area or maybe the noise came from the upper floor..,cannot point out exactly. However, the attending person in the help desk and other personnel were very accommodating and approachable.

Clean, friendly staffs and peaceful place to stay with. highly recommended for travelers. Oh and few walks to Mall.

The staffs were friendly, they were also accommodating, and the rooms are big as well as the breakfast is good and delicious.

The standard room was big for 2 persons, we never expected that. The location was very near to Robinsons and SM. Very nice service. The cr was so-so: no bidet and hot and cold shower not functioning. The free breakfast was satisfying and heavy. Overall, the service was awesome. Will surely stay again here soon.

My stay in that hotel is good. Although there was no free toothbrush and paste. From their store you can buy that also but its toothpaste was already spoiled.. It turned into brownish color. From 1 to 10, I can give 7. Hope this will help in improving your service.. thank you.

The staff are very nice and a safe place..

Hotel staffs were friendly and accommodating. You won't get a choice for the breakfast. And the room needs renovation, like the walls were dirty to look at, kind of looking old. Too pricey for the room or facilities they have, it should just be around 800 per night. And the lobby area at the 5th floor looks kind of haunted and dimmed.. But the location is good.. Close to Rob Galle and SM City Cebu, satisfied at some point. Just the room itself looks old. They should try to change the style of the room, the blinds and other stuffs.

The bathroom are not that clean but overall i had a good stay with them and it was very convenient because shopping mall is very near

The place and the staffs are nice. Good enough for travelers who always go out. There were some insects in the room small and big cockroaches (CR), ants. The location is great because it's near to malls, ports, and convenient stores, however at night i think it's not safe to stroll alone because it's dark and there were by-standers around (construction workers/port men). Overall, it's good, we are satisfied.

Too nice for the low price.

Breakfast is the same all throughout my 4-day stay in the hotel. And every time I approach my room at the 6F, I always need to call the front desk because I can't open it with my key card. Also, I need to call the front desk at night before my room was attended yet I requested for "make up my room" upon leaving. It didn't happen only once but twice. I observed that the hotel is understaffed which can speak about the poor service. Further, my room has only cold shower thought it's hot in the area, I normally prefer warm shower when I'm exhausted from travel.
