The furnishing and deco was in such a bad state. Doesn't seem to be upkeep well or had any renovation/maintenance since the hotel open.

With disappointed that what we saw in the app scene on the said hotel condition is not what we get. There is a huge gap on the time lapsed between photos posted by agent compared to current condition of the said hotel.

The door lock is not functioning. Shower valve missing. No shampoo provided.

Semua ok. Hotel tiada lift. Orang tua, sakit, OKU susah naik. Bilik terlalu sempit. Tandas bersih, aircond ok. Hiasan wallpaper lusuh.

Rooms need more lighting, cleanliness needs to be slightly improved. Some regular amenities such as a bar soap at least would be appreciated.

Breakfast is not available during fasting month.

The room looks too dark, light supply is not enough, the outflow of water in the bathroom is very slow and little. Hard to shower. Have some kind of smell. No WiFi supply in the room only in the lobby.
