Bad wifi, bad shower equipment, bad television, just have a good bed

Water heater doesn't work. We ask to fix, they do come but issue still didn't resolve. We shower with cold water. No wifi, no TV. They do have wifi but only reach up to lvl 1, they do have TV but all channel are"no signal"picture also may deceived. Do not trust the picture in google. The hotel is kind of old. Look like no one do maintenance. All in all, one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Doesn't up to its 3 star status.

Bilik bersih, tandas bersih. Semua sudut menepati tema hotel. Cuma tiada sehelai tuala pun disediakan untuk kami. Kami check-in lewat malam. Katanya housekeeping dah tutup. Apapun, ianya perkara kecil. Tetap rasa hotel ni pilihan terbaik.

Great, cuma datang mase lift rosak. Susah skit nak angkat barang ikot tangga.

Stay mlm merdeka. bilik bersih, selesa, semua yang list dalam traveloka ada kat bilik. semua kemudahan berfungsi dengan baik. staff sangat baik dan sopan. breakfast simple tapi ad choices. x jauh dr bndr nilai. totally puas hati.

Cuma sempat menginap semalam buat transit. Kurang lebih 1/2 jam dari bandara. Sampai di hotel jam 11 tengah malam. Kamar sempit tapi lengkap dan bersih. Interiornya sangat instagramable. Sarapan lumayan. Sayangnya tidak sempat melihat sekitar hotel.

I was enjoying the room no issue but the cons is with the check out staff. Not even single words came out from him not alone thank you. The breakfast also is big thumb down not even bother to fill up empty plates we were forced to eat leftover from people

lift not functioning. and entrance and parking are not welcoming.

not friendly welcome by receptionist.n the lift not functioning and not friendly users for elders. disappointment on the service. room is just ok. only small room and not similar compared to the the room publish in web. surrounding was bad especially during night time due to construction building beside the hotel.

Rooms is okey but when I check in here, the reception tell me that sir you need to take a stairs to 3rd floor... our lift problems, this issue should be settle first...If old people going to sleep here what do you think ? Bad .

Stay there almost 2 weeks. The staffs there very friendly and try to serve us at best. The hotel room are satisfying and affordable. Recommended hotel.

Overall everthing is ok except for the reception staff which was not so friendly and kind a rude when we dealing with him. We stayed for 2 nights. On our first night stay, we feel uncomfortable staying in our room which located in the 1st floor. We request to change the room the next morning. But the reception staff seems so reluctant to fulfill our request eventhough that no many guest check in the hotel that day. We need to wait until 3PM and constant follow up with him before we get the room. Apart from that, everything else was ok. The hotel is still new. The bed is comfortable with big size TV. The cleanliness and food is average.
