員工非常友善，特別是前台的Yasin和209餐廳那位孕婦。他們太棒了，既樂於助人又親切。食物味道滿分！房間寬敞乾淨。

一家服務非常好的飯店，從入住、住宿到退房都無可挑剔。

spacious and comfortable room, breakfast was bland although quite variative, service was good, although i think that the clothing iron should be provided in rooms (had to request them to be brought in the room and they limit the usage time to one hour but they never took the clothing iron away after 1h, might as well put them in rooms?)

We like the bed and pillow. They are comfortable, and the staff at the coffee shop is very friendly and helpful. We are having a good experience during our stay.

Paling senang menginap di daerah Surabaya Barat dan akhirnya nemu hotel bintang 5 yang masih in reasonable price tapi menawarkan kenyamanan dan kemewahan. Lokasi menurutku cukup bagus, dekat dengan Mal Pakuwon dan Ciputra World, mau makan ke Warung Penyet Bu Kris juga dekat. Untuk kamar juga luas banget menurutku, kasur dan bantal nyaman. Menu breakfast lengkap, resto-nya nyaman dan luas, ada smoking area. Recommended sih, definitely will comeback.
