The air conditioner was very noisy and I couldn't sleep 😭.

It was a pleasant stay. It is near the beach and all other restaurants. Breakfast is good as well for the price.

No shower heater but my stay was pretty good. Staff is OK and it's kind of near where I want to go.

Very accomodating staffs, the location is great because it is just a 2-3 mins walk away from the port for the island hopping, close to restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes, etc. Food was okay. The picture is a view from the rooftop where breakfast is served. The only problem was we had to transfer rooms twice. But still price was okay and stay was worth it.

The whole staff are friendly and accommodating however, our Comfort Room has stinky smell of urine (Room 306) and it looks like it is coming from a leak in another CR from upper floor (rooftop). You could check the ceiling near the shower of Room 306. Also, we had to ask for pail and dipper (balde at tabo) rather than having them ready as soon as we first entered our room. The floor tiles at the 3rd floor also needs to be improved as most of them are damaged and there was one time I almost slipped because of them. Nevertheless, I’d still give 3.5/ 5 stars for the friendly vibe of Angelic Tourist in staff. Just hoping you could work on the feedback provided. Thank you :)

ms cha was very pleasant. they have a van service to and from puerto prinsesa that is cheaper than others. they allowed us to use the common bathroom to wash up before going to el nido

The hotel is perfect for family and couples. It is 5 mins walk from the beach. The owners has motorcycle for rent but make sure to inspect it before using. Breakfast is pretty much basic. (silog meals, pancake and bread & jam)

The place is clean. The breakfast is pretty standard. You can rent motorcycle from the owner of the hotel.

Good location because it’s near everything and has great view at the 4th floor. Food was average. Clean room and facilities. The only thing that got me disappointed was during our second night, I asked for new towels but they only gave two instead of 4. I booked for 4 people.

clean room, clean bathroom, good breakfast especially rice with corned beef, good coffee and nice view in the restaurant 4th floor. the location also good, not in the crowded area, so it is quite and relaxing during the night, but not too far also from the city center. good price, if I ever come back to el nido, I definitely will stay here again. some suggestions: just need more warm/thick blanket. and we stay for 2 nights, but the staff not cleaning the room on the second day. soap and shampoo is provided but I think providing complimentary drink water is more useful than toiletries. but again it's just some feedback, not all the customer will think like me.
