从老板到员工，再到房间，都非常周到。非常好，价格也合理，适合独自旅行的客人。

这里有一张非常结实的桌子可以坐，桌子区和卧室区是分开的。地板很干净，每个人都很友好、很有礼貌。我请这里的工作人员帮我洗衣服，每公斤65000英镑，衣服闻起来很香，你不用担心带很多衣服去任何地方。

房间干净，老板人很好。24小时开门，总有人值班。下次还会再来。

老板和员工都非常友好。我在茶几上学习累了，老板很照顾我，还给我倒了一杯温热的人参水。老板一点小事就得了100分。地板也扫拖了一整天，光脚走路也不会觉得脚不舒服。 房间配有一张平躺床、床垫、毯子、台灯和抽屉，都还好。 房间里的每个人都回家睡觉，不会有任何噪音影响到任何人。 浴室很干净，提供洗发水和沐浴露。 我还有一个建议，头皮屑多的人可以自带洗发水。我的头皮就是一个例子🤣。 浴室是共用的，所以地板经常很湿，脚痒的人应该带一双人字拖。我不穿人字拖，但出门时我会在地毯上擦脚，反正我一进去脚就会湿。 对面有个洗头的地方，也很酷。150k/30分钟洗头，包含颈肩按摩。 实际营业时间是老板通宵营业，白天老板不在的时候，有工作人员轮流值班。 大家都很友善。

From a hostel with 9+, my expectations are really high yet I got the room for a very cheap price so basically you get what you paid for. Maybe they change their ways cause they don't have much customers due to covid and probably since we're not highly paying customers. Reception assigned when we came can't speak english. Still need to contact manager via phone who's offering us to upgrade our room (for a fee) because we're 3 and the room is only for 2 people (which we are aware of already-as advertised in app) We insisted to get the room we prepaid via app, since we only need a place to sleep at night. By the way, room is okay, no major issues. Also, app promotes free breakfast but hostel said they don't have. Not the hotel's fault and app admitted this mistake but when I asked hotel about this, I never felt empathy on their response. Just said "You only booked room, no breakfast" even though I explained and showed app post with breakfast, they said "You can check and discuss with app they are posted is not us! Here is booked room only!" yeah, with all the exclamation marks. The issue here is not about the free breakfast anymore but the way they deal with the problem. Kudos to traveloka for being so empathetic in resolving this case. I never heard any apologies from the hostel maybe because they know it's not their fault. We moved to a different hostel instead and experience better service - warm welcome with free room upgrade. 😉

I had fun and cozy while staying in Luxury Backpackers. Nice and friendly staff, clean bed and good in safety.

Selalu suka menginap di luxury backpacker ini, kebersihan baik dan lokasi sangat strategis di old quarter area. Breakfast lumayan enak dengan berbagai macam pilihan meskipun sederhana, staf hotel pun sangat ramah dan membantu meskipun terkadang sulit dalam berkomunikasi karena ada beberapa staf yang tidak bisa berbahasa inggris.

Selalu suka menginap di luxury backpacker ini, kebersihan baik dan lokasi sangat strategis di old quarter area. Breakfast lumayan enak dengan berbagai macam pilihan meskipun sederhana, staf hotel pun sangat ramah dan membantu meskipun terkadang sulit dalam berkomunikasi karena ada beberapa staf yang tidak bisa berbahasa inggris.

Khách sạn trong phố cổ nên chắc chắn không có thang máy dù cao đến 4 tầng lầu, nhưng phòng ốc sạch sẽ ngăn nắp, phòng tắm đẹp, sạch sẽ. Nói chung là rất hài lòng.

Sangat sekali menyenangkan mengindap di luxury backpackers ini, staf front desk ramah dan informatif! Lokasi hotel mudah dicari dan dekat dengan pusat keramaian. Kamar bersih dan nyaman meskipun dormitory, kamar mandi pun bersih. Sepertinya jika berkunjung ke hanoi akan menginap disini lagi.

Drom sạch sẽ, ăn sáng ngon, đã 2 lần chọn làm nơi lưu trú ở Hà Nội vẫn rất hài lòng.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chỗ nghỉ thoải mái, thích hợp ngã lưng, lối đi riêng tiện lợi.
