Room is spacious, the staffs are really helpful and friendly.

Stay sini memang best, bilik luas, kelengkapan semua cukup. Tapi saya agak kecewa sedikit hanya disebabkan kami naik motor kami telah disergah oleh guard. Kalau dia cakap elok ii saya boleh terima ya. Tapi nada dia agak keras sedikit. Dia cakap kenapa datang sini and atas urusan apa datang sini, pertanyaan dia mengguris hati saya sebagai guest. Kenapa kalau naik motor tak leh stay kat hotel ke.

The hotel staff is very poor in handling customers' needs. Also, they do not respect your privacy at all. Finally do read the agreement well before signing your initials because apparently they charge for staining the towel and bed sheets. The bedsheets were already stained even before we entered. I didn't care much because it's a one night stay and it's near your leg area. At the time of check out they just brought the bedsheet down and made us pay for it. How embarrassing is it that someone just brought down your bedsheet in a very prestigious hotel lobby. The staff lied saying it's a fresh stain. It's a very disappointing stay. I don't mind paying, in fact I did pay for the stained towel which I think is a ridiculous policy to have. But tricking your customer to pay for the sheets they didn't stain, is totally unacceptable.

The breakfast is awesome. Though the room is clean, there some issue with the sink. Need to repair the sink for room 612.

I supposed their housekeeping staff mistakenly put cleaning (old and torn-off) towels as bath towels. Air cond blower was noisy & not comforting at night. The rest OK. Good location, parking is convenient & hotel was clean.

Executive business. Sangat selesa untuk family besar. Ada dua ruang. Ada dua tv dan ruang kerja yang selesa. Makanan untuk breakfast kena dengan selera. 👍 swimming pool selesa.

Hotel room OK. Nice and clean. But the toilet little bit dirty.

Next to the highway with lots of shops & petrol kiosk surrounding. However, there is no gym room for this hotel.

Room was nice. However, the distance between sofa and tv is too near which makes very uncomfortable to watch. The food was nice.

Nice environment and friendly staff

Average hotel but the rate a little bit pricey as the location of the hotel not in big city(ie Geogetown,KL or JB). Lift require access card but each room only provide with one card which is made me difficult to leave the room (require access card to activate facilities in the room).

The bidet for the toilet is leaking and flooded the toilet. The electric card holder is damaged and had to be fixed.

The hotel room is very comfortable and highly recommended.
