住的地方很棒！早餐虽然不算最好，但我完全不介意。如果你真的想休息一下，这里也是个完美的选择。非常安静，坐落在山上，风景也非常棒！一定会再来住的！

Service is OK. But the facitilites are bad. They provide the amenities (tooth brush, hand towel) after being asked. Breakfast just OK, not much choices. No proper parking lot. The hotel is little bit spooky since it is old building with bad lighting.

Sangat menyenangkan, bersih dan ramah pelayanannya.

Lokasi hotel agak masuk ke gang. Kami sekeluarga datang sekitar jam 1 malam. Dikarenakan macet. Saat datang tidak ada petugas resepsionis yang menyambut. Pegawai hanya 1 seorang security dan 1 orang OB. Hotel bintang 5. Tetapi seperti hotel horor gak berbintang. Cz kurang sekali perawatan. Terkesan seperti hotel tidak terawat. Saya memesan 3 kamar deluxe+breakfast. Tetapi saat check in di hotel kata petugas yang menangani saya. Berkata bahwa hotel tidak menerima pemberitahuan atau booking tidak ada. Kami sebagai tamu tidak tahu menahu alasan tersebut. Yang kita tau bahwa apabila pembayaran sudah Lunas. Ya berrti sudah beres. Alasan dari pihak hotel bahwa hotel full booking. Padahal saya liat yang menginap paling sekitar tidak sampai 10 pemesan. Akhirnya setelah hampir 1 jam lebih berdebat. Dan dengan kondisi capek akhirnya Saya dikasih kamar model apartemen yang terdapat 3 kamar. Tetapi dengan 2 kamar yang belum ready/belom dibersihkan (tidak ada sprei & peralatan mandi). Lalu untuk sarapan pagi hanya dapat nasi campur kotak an. Padahal hotel bintang 5 tapi pelayanan dan fasilitas seperti hotel tak berbintang. Kami sekeluarga sangat kecewa sekali. Udah datang malam karena macet dari luar bali. Sampai hotel ingin segera istrahat. Tapi ternyata zonk. Pokok nya not recommended buat sintesa hotel jimbaran ini.

Tempat bagus tp sayangnya pas mau checkout suru nunggunya lama banget.

It was an off putting start, when checking in we were told that the 2 bedroom apartment we booked was not available because the entire apartment was full (ie., they are overbooked). After long negotiations we met with the owner and offered the presidential suite at the hotel. Happy ending for everyone :) overall hotel is okay for the price, location is inside residential complex but a good choice if you want to stay in Jimbaran area.

Nice hotel and really big room. I love it. Will be back ! Friendly staff and nice view from rooftop hotel !

Clean and comfotable. Only bad thing is the breakfast, the variety is very limited and tasted stale. Expected more from a hotel this size and star.

Room was very big, but the food is so-so. Overall was so-so, value for money.

I stayed at the sintesa apartment, spacious place, each room has its own bathroom and television, the food not so good, location far from everywhere, of you like quiet place, choose this hotel/residence

Remarkable, the hotel is cozy and really like owned apartment. Just the towel for bathroom not really clean, too bad. And the coffee maker wasn't clean we need to clean up own self. Too bad.

总体来说，这是一次非常棒的体验，非常感谢酒店团队的惊喜，生日那天最美好的时光。下次还想再来。
