Reception sebagai kasir cafe, tidak rama menerima tamu. Booking duluxe dikasih superior room, kunci dikembalikan minta tukar sesuai booking malah ditanya apakah sudah pakai? Dikasihkan kunci kamar baru tidak sesuai dengan nomor kamarnya.

The location is near to the airport and nice restaurants in surroundings. Room is small yet clean. Lobby hotel is occupied as a cozy coffee shop!

Hotel sesuai harga kalau cuma transit & numpang tidur.

Pesen kamar super deluxe yang dikasih kamar gudang. Sampe narh barang aja susah mau dimana. Dinding ngelupas-ngelupas. Parah sih ini.

Ok la untuk 1 malam. Sesuai dengan harga. Bilik kecik je, kalau ada luggage besar jadi agak sempit untuk 2 orang. Lokasi best sebab banyak kedai makan, kat lobi ada cafe 👍

It 's worst to me. Check in there for working and I needed using their wifi but, unfortunately the wifi signal is poor and unstable connections. That 's all.

I could not use wi-fi all day, it is some problem. Also there are many ants in the room. But service staff is supporting at the time.

CONs.- No proper counter for check-in.- Small stuffy room.- Room not properly clean. A lot of hair seen on the floor and on pillow.- Access card faulty twice.- No prayer mat (sejadah) provided. PROs.- Great location.

Functioning water is not functioning. Air conditioner was not cool when already setting to 16⁰.

No TV channel, just white black dot. Please solve this issue.

Hotel yang ada cafe Las Coffee. Senang nak cari minum dan makan. Mantap👍😄

Just repair the TV and service the air conditioner. The rest OK.

harga yang sangat berpatutan ,lokasi yang sangat strategik ,bilik yang sangat bersih dan selesa.Berdekatan dengan pelbagai kemudahan seperti kedai makan yang pelbagai pilihan ,kedai serbaneka ,service kereta dll .layanan service yang sangat baik.ada musolla@surau, ada ruang makan yang kondusif .Apapun ia sangat berbaloi .ini adalah kali kedua kami menginap di sini

We did early check in and pay rm50 for it. At the time of check in, the staff were helpful but not that transparent. No water supply during our stay (staff mentioned it just occured last night, the real thing is no water supply in that area since 1-2 days ago). Later at night we have to moved to other hotel since we have to catch flight early morning next day (need to bath and etc). Staff were so rude during our checked out (asked us to take bath at mosque and etc). He raised his voice when we asked about refund. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel even for a transit. Very unprofessional staff.

Semalaman air tidak hidup, pihak hotel berdalih bukan salah kami karena air di seluruh selangor mati.

Hotelnya bersih, kamar luas, dekat dari tempat makan dan bandara, so tidak susah deh. Kalau mau ke bandara pesan taxi di hotel ini bisa, murah.
