Check in early (2 hours in advance), charge more money, ok, no problem. We rejected, then we went out to have lunch and back at 3pm. Sadly, when check in, they gave us wrong room (1 bed room) and said no family room (my booking room) anymore. If need upgrade family room, charge 50-100k more? Why. Don't know how they manage the booking like this. We have to wait around 1 hour for their checking and finally they gave us another family room without charge. Really disappointed for their customer service.
