我們在晚上11點左右到達，辦理入住雙人房時，令我驚訝的是，床上有很多頭髮，毯子上沾著口紅印，地板上也有頭髮。我立即告知前台，客房服務人員更換了床單。但當我準備洗澡時，卻發現淋浴噴頭鏽跡斑斑，無法正常使用。每位客人都應該享有乾淨的床單。

Accommodation is clean and spacious, a good place to stay near sm mabolo.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff were all friendly. But how can you continue to do business with that kind of facility? Can not close the toilet because the bowl is blocking the door? Omg! This is purely cheating. People chose you because of your very good advertisement. We paid for 2 nights and 3 days, but we only stayed for 1 night. What a waste of time and money. I don't want to add photos for your own sake. Please do something. Thank you.

I'm not happy with the lay out of the bathroom. They were not able to comply my request as per in my booking. When we arrived the room was not yet ready. Bad experience for me.

I had the most relaxing stay at the Hotel. Very accommodating staff, first time stay haha I ve never get to avail my free breakfast because I woke up late and breakfast is only available from 6 to 7 am only anyway recommended we choose barkada pax.

Di gumagana yung key card sa elevator, kailangan pa magpaassist everytime pupunta sa 4th floor at saka yung mga ilaw sa rooms are busted.

I had a very good sleep. I booked for a triple room. The room is not that spacious maybe because of the big cabinet and there was also a sofa bed. I also enjoyed my breakfast. It was very delicious. I was looking for a cold drink but there was no ref in the room but 7/11 is just beside the hotel so you don't have to worry at all.

I can’t believe a hotel room where in the first thing you see when you open the door is the bathroom. Like you’re literally inside the bathroom. There’s no door separating the bathroom and the bed. Its like having a toilet bowl in your living room. Tsk! Another thing, check-in process was very slow, the front desk personnel had a bad communication skills. When we arrived inside the room, we still have to call the frontdesk for the toiletries. Plated breakfast was not good at all.

1. The receptionist assigned the wrong room which was ok. But she mislead us by saying to transfer to another room because "upgrade". This can pass. 2. 2nd room has a puddle of water. We have to call for the housekeeping to clean it 3. We used the faucet at the kitchen-like area and the room started to stink. I called the lobby again to have the maintenance team check on it and the lady said she'll send the maintenance guy but minutes have passed, we fell asleep already, nobody went to our room. 4. The next day I have to call them again to have someone check it and finally the lady at that shift was responsible enough to do what their supposed to do. 5. Bathroom door isn't fixed. Can't be locked. 6. No shower curtain nor a door to keep the water away from the toilet area. I wonder if it was broken because only half of the shower area has a glass. 7. Breakfast. Food was ok. The lady at the restaurant wasn't polite. She just threw the menu to our table. As if we're not guests. Not even a "good morning" nor a smile when we went inside. The food also took so long before they served it. Which was just a silog meal. 8. I thought receptionists should have a welcoming vibe to every guest? What we experienced is the opposite. Only 1 out of the 3 I've met gave us a sincere smile. I booked in this hotel(again) because my first stay which was just few days ago was really good. I even gave a good rating to it. But I was so disappointed in my first day as a returnee.

Room is too small. There is deposit of 1000 which is not required to other hotels around. No towel of 1st day. Having a nearby 711 is a plus point.

Worst experience with mabolo royal hotel for receiving our booking early and informing us late that there is no available room good for 3.

Location is one big factor with this hotel.

The refrigerator was not working and after my mom was sound asleep, they wanted us to move to another room with a working refrigerator. Since it is s very small refrigerator, I asked them why are they going to inconvenience the guests instead of just changing the mini ref. The commode had a black stuff at the “mouth where the water settles. I assisted my 93 year old mom while taking a shower and it was very frustrating and health hazard that the hot water would run for 30 seconds then cold for about 3 minutes then hot for a few seconds again. I truly hope that this was an isolated case. The third bed (we were in a family room) the blanket did not have a sheet under it and it smelled nasty. I had it changed and also asked for a sheet to be put under it. The staff was nice but it needs serious quality control.
