預訂應用程式上有多種選擇，所以我選了雙人床，但最後拿到的是兩張單人床。不過工作人員主動提出幫我們把兩張床拼在一起。這樣一來，床鋪感覺寬敞多了。 在等待房間準備期間，我們可以在餐廳稍作休息，並享用了迎賓飲料。 房間聞起來很香，也很乾淨，浴室非常舒適。熱水供應充足，坐浴盆淋浴也很舒服，水溫適宜。 工作人員中午左右還打掃了房間。 飯店附近有許多景點和餐廳，步行也是不錯的選擇。 下次來拉布安巴焦，我們還會選擇這裡。非常感謝！

這家飯店獨具特色。飯店後方正對著海灘，可俯瞰大海。地理位置優越，前往各處都十分便捷。

入住Eco Tree Hotel感覺很棒，因為它位於拉布安巴焦市中心，周圍有許多餐廳。我住的是海景房，從房間陽台上欣賞日落美得令人窒息，清晨大海的景像也同樣令人心曠神怡。飯店員工非常友好，無線網路也還可以（雖然在YouTube上看影片時偶爾會卡頓）。房間和浴室都比較擁擠，如果房間能更寬敞一些就更好了。唯一的缺點是空調冷氣效果不太好，這可能是因為飯店位於海邊。身為當地人，我覺得飯店的餐飲價格有點貴。不過，對於外國人來說，應該會非常實惠。如果有機會再來，我可能會考慮再次入住這家酒店。

由於缺水，住客無法正常使用房間內的廁所，令人非常不愉快。我們對此感到非常失望。沒有水，住客們不得不長時間憋便（超過3個小時都沒有水，儘管我們已經向前台投訴過）。 因此，我對如此高昂的價格深感遺憾，因為這裡提供的服務就像一個每月收費20萬印尼盾的寄宿公寓，根本不配被稱為三星級酒店。 顯然，我們非常失望。

員工友善，服務也很好。我們住了兩晚。去哪裡都很方便。但是，Wi-Fi和電視都無法使用。

飯店真的很不錯，浴室乾淨又寬敞，食物也很美味。

The room is completely different with the photo they presented, they give me very low underground room, and the bed is HORRIBLE.. the owner CANNOT upgrade their quality of the bed and pillow into decent bed and pillow as a basic upgrade for their hotel or at least put some latex topper to make sure people can sleep comfortably but they dont care.. this kind of bed you can find 200-300 bedroom hotel. I dont care about the looks their style is antics its fine, cleanliness is so so.. up and down stairs is not for people with disabilities. Being one of the oldest hotel in labuan bajo and not able upgrade their bed is supperr annoyed me. What a horrible night. Hope the Owner READ THIS and change their cheap bed

Hotel di tengah kota kecil Labuan Bajo. Cocok untuk menginap transit atau menikmati kota Labuan Bajo. Bisa jalan kemana mana dari hotel ini, banyak restoran dan bar sekeliling hotel ini. Kamar nyaman dan saya sewa kamar dengan view pelabuhan. Worth it banget. Staff friendly sekali , saya datang awal dan di sambut hangat, dan di terima meski satu jam lebih awal . Terima kasih.

Lokasi tengah kota, dekat pelabuhan, kamar dan fasilitas cukup lengkap, makanan enak.

A truly great place to stay while in Bajo. We came here 3 times already, each spent 2-3 nights because of its great location, friendly service and value for money. When hotels in Bajo get bigger, fancier and too expensive (not worth the price), happy to know at least there is this hotel. Thank you!

Rekomendasi Hotel di Labuan Bajo Tempat Sangat Strategis, Staf Ramah, Ada Welcome Drink Untuk Harga Reasonable/Terjangkau I Would Like to Comeback Again

Ranjangnya berbuji, baru gerak dikit saja udah berbunyi, jadi membuat tidurku tidak pules. untuk sarapannya juga kurang enak

2x ke Labuan Bajo 2x nginep di sini, selain lokasi strategis untuk harga kamar worth it, bersih, staf juga ramah..

I stayed there for 5 days and before, I had stayed there also because this hotel has a very strategic location. Many shops, food and beverage, souvenirs, mini market, etc. So easy if you want to find something there. And this hotel has an authentic local design. I very like it. Overall good cleanliness, completed amenities, and good service. But I had trouble in the room that made me annoyed during my 5-day stay. First stay had a bad signal of channel list TV. And second stay there had trouble with AC when first night. I already told staff the AC not cool. But having no problem solved with the case specially about the AC. During stay until I checked out 4 night 5 days the AC can't working properly. The staff advised me to use the AC with a fan. How come? Until the last night/days before I check out tomorrow I just used a fan in my room. And the staff gave me another advice to move room but not with the same type not balcony or get free breakfast before I check out. Made me very not comfortable. No solution about the AC? I was tell when I entering the room first until I checked out. I mean if you having advice please give me or the guest with apple to apple not with same type. And how come the engineering can't repair the AC until 5 days and with the reason the staff engineer not stand by so need waiting for come. Hopefully can learn about problem solving when have guest comment before to be guest complaint. But this hotel still recommended about the service staff very friendly and warm. Thank you.

Overall my stay was good, just the bed a bit old because when movement had noises and had smells in the bathroom.
