The hotel certainly offers the basic and pleasant experience. Its close proximity to the Mall adds its plus point. Though no breakfast offered, since it's located next to shoplots, it provides ample choice of breakfast according to your liking.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also great, as it is near Inanam Mall and other shops.

First experience, 3 months ago I stayed at this hotel. It was late check in (about 11.30pm) and the aircons doesn't work properly (no aircond at all) so I called the receptionist for help. They sent the maintenance at 12am ( he bring up his ladder) and try to fix the aircond for about 50 minutes - so it's about 1am. My second experience: it was also a late check in (about 11pm) when I get inside the room I notice the pipe from the basin was leak and I can't stop it unless I switch off the main supply! I called the receptionist and they (again) sent their maintenance at 11.30pm !!! The maintenance team came with their tools etc and it really make me angry but I try to keep my mouth shut as I try to understand it's not his fault but the management! I'm restless and need rest but end up with this stupid things! Unsatisfied guest.

The hotel is very nice,clean and have room cleaning every day. Even the location not very good, but it still worth the money. they have own parking lot, if you have bring your car you no need to worry about your vehicles, and the staff very nice too.

Gambar display lain. Sekali masuk bilik lain rupa bilik. Kami pilih bilik superior, cuma ada katil single 2. Sangat tidak selesa. Mcm mn mau tidur 4 orng kalau katil single ja. Bilik kecil. Tiada ruang solat. Lantai tandas sumbat, tuala bau busuk. Hotel bersebelah bangunan belum siap. Bilik bernyamuk even xbuka tingkap. Very unsatisfied. Hopefully pihak hotel perbaiki kekurangan. Display gambar biar yang betul. Dlm website bukan main bilik siap warna warni, bkn main besar. Skli dtng nacam reban ayam 😤

Bilik dalam keadaan bersih, cuma bantal kurang memuaskan kerana agak keras. Lokasi jauh sedikit daripada kawasan bandar. Terdapat juga kedai makan dan pasaraya berhampiran hotel. Agak berbaloi dengan harga yang murah.

Everything fine, room is clean except the sink is clogged and WiFi is not stable in room.
