From welcoming drink to free shuttle to the city center, everything was excellent. Friendliness almost out of this world. Best place we've stayed. Truly outstanding service and breakfast. Thank you for making our Eastern Easter top notch.

Hospitality-nya juara, makanannya enak. Sayang sekali fasilitas di kamar minus, terutama Wi-Fi. Mati lampu sampai 4x di hari berbeda. Sudah WA ke nomor hotel, tapi slow respon. Sampai check-out enggak bisa pakai Wi-Fi.

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ubud.
