value for money.room clean and nice.swimming pool indoor clean.breakfast variety and delicious.near by shop and dataran pahlawan.easy to access but parking need to pay by ourself..overall I'm happy to staycation at moty hotel and definitely will come again.

Lantai bilik air rasa melekit. Bau tahi agak kuat di bilik air (semasa kami baru check in). Lantai di shower pun tak bersih sgt.. should have guna berus utk sental. Makanan biasa je. dalam gambar di menu tulis chicken porridge tapi bila dapat, plain porridge (not even with salt). Bau hotel sangat mengecewakan. Bau kepam…… laluan udara di tempat swimming pun kurang baik, menjadikan bau kepam. Swimming pool air sedikit hijau. All in all, not gonna repeat again.

Lokasi yg sgt strategik dekat dgn semua kawasan di bandar hilir melaka, Staff hotel tersangatlah friendly dan hotel yang sangat selesa bersih sgt.. no complain and will repeat stay here if i go travel to melaka for the next time

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was good. However, I found the lighting in the bathroom to be too dim, and there was no fridge in the room. All in all, it was still a great place to stay, with the hotel being within walking distance to Jonker Street and a nearby mall.

This hotel steal my security deposit, stay away from this Moty Hotel. During check-in, the hotel charged me 200MYR on Aug 10th for what they called the security deposit, and when I checked out, the staff promised me it will be refunded automatically within 2 weeks on the same card. But until today, there is no refunded yet. Moty Hotel, why didn't you return my security deposit? Is that how you treat tourist from other country? 200MYR is not a big amount, but stealing 200MYR from a tourist is un-ethical and cheating. Other tourist, please stay away from this Moty hotel.
