房间、浴室、走廊和大堂都非常干净。我对浴室印象深刻。虽然是共用浴室，但地板仍然干燥、干净。至于工作人员，他们的服务非常好。无论你遇到什么问题，他们都会帮助你。而且也很有礼貌👍

Năm nào tôi qua Thái cũng ở hostel này , 3 từ để thể hiện thôi : sạch , đẹp , rẻ . Chủ hostel rất welcome và nice , mọi thứ đều chuẩn bị chu đáo cho customer , staff rất thân thiện , gần gũi . Rất đáng để trãi nghiệm ở nơi đây . Điểm 10/10 cho toilet rất sạch và thoáng . Năm sau vẫn tiếp tục ghé ở đây thôi .

My bad story in naratel hostel I have the book this hostel from 12 -15, but I check in on 14 apr 2019 because I have other hotel until 14 aprl 2019 so I going check in for this hostel in 14 apr 2019 1. When I check in, staff ask to me who are you? And why you coming? Is not good question I think 2. I ask to staff for locker but she say no locker first, and scan time I ask again she say have locker but no key, it's not good for me, staff don't care any think, she say if you wanna stay no locker 3. No towel if you need towel we can pay 20 bat 4. Small room, very small space to next bad 5. Not good stairs if you got the bet up stair is very danger go up for sleep very small stairs and sharing with other bed 6. not good customer service, they are not care anything they staff busy playing cards. So I book this hostel from 12 until 15 april 2019 check in 14 apr 2019 estimate check in 09.00pm and I am check out 11.30pm I am not so happy so much I hate to book other hostel for 14 apr 19

We were very happy to stay at Naratel. Easy to find, near MRT and BTS (5-7 mins to Chong Nonsi and 12 mins to Sala Daeng). It’s in downtown so you will get a lota entertainment there ;) The bed is comfy, clean every 2 days I guess? The bathroom is super clean and spacious. Loving it :)

ที่พักดีมาก ทำเล ห้อง ความสะอาด โดยเฉพาะห้องอาบน้ำ ข้อติอย่างเดียวคือ reception ช้าและดูไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม (ถ้าจะเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวเสีย20)

ห้องพักสะอาด แต่เสียดาย แผนที่ไม่ชัดเจน ห้องน้ำอยู่คนละชั้นกับห้องนอนคะ

สะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย แต่ได้เตียงบน บันไดขึ้นลงค่อนข้างเล็กลงลำบากอันตราย ผ้าม่านกันแสงบาง ต่างชาติเปิดไฟกลางห้องก็ต้องตื่นตาม แขกเกาหลีกรนดังมาก ห้องน้ำสะอาด ห้องอาบน้ำแรงชอบ อยากให้มีผ้าเช็ดตัว กับที่รีดผ้า

สะอาด​ สงบ​ ประทับใจมา​ก จะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

服务优良老板热情，房间干净，环境安静。靠近美食源地，出行方便，我一定会再回去住的。

Great hostel. The only think i don't like is that the bathroom is located on 2nd floor for all guests, while my room is at the 5th floor

Second time, still love staying in this hostel. Feel like home not only because of good location, clean, quiet, comfy, but also the lovely owner.

I didn't really get to stay here because of electrical problems but the host was really nice to find me another hostel to stay in.
