Check in time is with in 8am - 8pm only during MCO. after that time you need to call person in charge.

the staff were actually friendly and helpful. very smooth check-in process. the environment is nice, and clean. but i'm not satisfied with the room condition. clearly I request a non-smoking room, but when I enter the room, I smell smoke, everywhere. the toilet is dirty, the floor full with hair which is not my hair exactly. the remote are broken. the floor is dirty too! not mention the bed. stain everywhere. luckily I just stay for a short period of time. this is my first and last time I stay here.

The hotel is clean and comfy. But, the tv is not working, no remote provided or given during check in. Same goes to AC, works well but no remote to control the temperature. 4/5

Tgh sedap tidur pukul 12 malam JAIS ketuk pintu. Ntah pape ntah...

Pintu tandas rosak dan tidak boleh dikunci dengan baik. Tekanan air yang rendah pada paip tandas duduk.

Saya datang malam, nenteng 2 koper besar-besar, petugas seperti cuek tidak bantuin, malah asik telponan. Lokasi kamar mutar-mutar dan kamar pengap karena tidak ada jendela. Pelayanan petugas pagi sih ramah, tapi petugas malam seperti acuh tak acuh. Tidak recommend sih kalau bawa banyak barang.
