飯店很乾淨，早餐還行。因為有派對所以住在這裡。晚餐沒什麼特別的，派對期間的菜色都很普通。魚不新鮮，其他菜也沒什麼味道。感覺價格很划算。員工還可以，挺友善的。不過停車要收費。

2025年12月5日，我在Tenera Hotel Bangi度過了一段美好的時光。房間寬敞、乾淨、舒適，設施齊全，讓我度過了一個輕鬆愉快的假期。飯店員工熱情友善、樂於助人，並且始終細緻周到，從入住到退房，都讓我倍感賓至如歸。飯店設施一流，我尤其喜歡這裡寧靜的氛圍和便利的地理位置。總而言之，這是一次令人愉快的入住體驗，我一定會再訪。

The staff is very good. They assist me politely, it makes customers very comfortable and love to come again.

Okay sahaja. Tetamu yang membawa kenderaan sendiri dan perlu berulang-alik dari hotel ke urusan luar mungkin terkesan sedikit dengan parking fee. Staff lelaki terutamanya yang bertugas syif petang sebagai front desk staff perlu belajar etika bekerja. Bezakan perwatakan sebagai pekerja dari peribadi.

It was okay. I just thought some male staff at the reception (noon shift) could have learned more about etiquette being front desk staff. Furthermore, registered guests staying at Concorde or Hilton are exempt from parking fees. Maybe Tenera wants to follow suit.

Tenera Hotel segalanya memuaskan hati. Bersih. Pilihan sarapan yang banyak. Boleh mnginap lagi lain kali. Terima kasih keapda smua staff Tenera yang melayan tetamu dengan senyuman.

Very upset because need to pay for parking which is free compared to others hotel.

Easy checked in. Big room, nice breakfast buffet. Parking provided.

1st dapat bilik biasa seperti dibooking tapi ada banyak lipas kecil-kecil. Report kepada staff dan request tukar bilik. Supervisor hotel tukar dan terus upgrade kepada family room FOC. Terima kasih.

Semuanya memang terbaik. Bilik, toilet, kebersihan, parking, breakfast, swimming pool, layanan staff 👍🏻✅.

Overall, it was a good stay, except for the breakfast. It was terrible that day. We started having our breakfast at 9 AM, but the foods were all gone. Finished. Not even bread or coffee. And no effort to refill it, very bad experience.

1. Room is placed near generator/compressor? Noisy all night until it shut down. 2. No teeth brush set given. 3. Standee lamp inside room not working. It is not bad, but okay. But the noise, I can't compromise about it.

The food was really delicious. Pillow and bed are really comfortable. Toilet is clean. Ample parking. Opposite of this hotel got a night market on Tuesday night. Nice smell upon entering the hotel lobby.

They gave level 16 room which is very smelly & musty, however thanks to the receptionist, she allow me to change my room to level 8. Pleasant room, no weird smell, air conditioner & water heater functioning well, water presure very strong & very comfy bed & pillow. Delicious Breakfast buffet with lots of choices.
