环境非常好。床和枕头都很柔软。但清洁度有待提高，尤其是浴室。

这家酒店规模宏大，宛如一座马来宫殿。地理位置优越，靠近MITC和Ayer Keroh。酒店员工热情友好，价格也相当实惠。唯一需要指出的是，酒店大堂没有空调，略显闷热。房间虽带一个大阳台，但却无法直接通往室外。酒店周边夜晚十分安静。房间宽敞舒适，非常适合家庭入住。只是没有配备迷你冰箱，这对于一家大型酒店来说略显奇怪。 泳池区域几乎没有桌椅和遮阳篷，即使在泳池边也难以避免高温。推荐这家酒店的理由是：房间宽敞，拥有游泳池，地理位置优越，价格实惠，非常适合家庭入住。

坦白说，先说说抵达酒店的经历吧。没有礼宾服务，我们得自己找行李车推进酒店。走向房间的路上，一股潮湿地毯的味道扑面而来，抬头一看，石膏天花板都开始脱落了。房间的墙漆也因为渗水而起泡。作为一家四星级酒店，我们原本期待提供的毛巾会舒适又大，但看起来更像是廉价酒店的毛巾。退房时，我们再次呼叫礼宾部，却无人可以帮我们取行李。我们只好自己把行李搬到前台。所以总的来说，我们只能给这家酒店打3分（满分10分）。

房间很脏，尤其是浴室。马桶和水槽明显没有打扫，洗漱用品散落在水槽上。衣柜里有一条用过的毛巾。印象非常差。

first time datang hotel yang kite park je dekat lobby and takda sapa halau 😅 n ofcos la takde yang greet u welcome kan, kami check in fast n pi kete balik kt lobi, tunggang terbalik sndri n br la ade bellboy yang dtg, hotel ni cozy tapi lighting agak gelap so bole kata seram for the 1st 30 mins. haha i baca banyak surah yes ada rasa seram sejuk tapi alhamdulillah takda la apa2 guys. bilik spacious..toilet dia ada bath tub, design yang agak pelik n tapi besar.i even takut mandi sndri hahah mujur ku bawak kain basahn boleh mandi dengan anak-anak 🤣 tilam n bantal dia 1st class. tidur yang sangat lena tapi maybe tulah 1st n last kot yang i datang situ, just nak merasa. btw bekpes sama je mcm hotel lain.

Jika yang tiada kereta, hotel ini agak jauh dari tempat makan. Perlu berjalan kaki.. Hotelnya juga agak sunyi

Staff and cleaner are great except the hotel itself, it needs refurbishment because the carpet made it smell musty and dusty.

The hotel need refurbishment, that 's all I can say. It smelt musty and paint all scraped off.

Staff all are great but the room are very dusty, musty, paint are peeled off, its sad considering I booked this hotel because I once stayed here a few years ago and I really loved it. Management need to do refurbishment.

Dirty toilets. Looks like it 's not taken care of at all. Got hair bunch on the floor, the soap opened and used half left on the bathtub. Under the sink is very mouldy and toilet paper is almost finished? Asked for new room but then cannot open cause the staff might forgot to scan. Was a marathon to even reach the new room. The 4th floor looks very scary so we decided to just stick to the first room since they claimed all rooms full. Breakfast so so, nothing interesting.

Saya komplen air conditioner bilik rosak and request tukar bilik and their staff don't allowed it and call. Maintenance to repair it. Until 6.30 pm air conditioner masih rosak! At 7pm baru diaorg tukar bilik selepas I nak komplen. Staff is very unfriendly! No more staying at this lousy hotel service!

Receptionist baik. Tp keadaan bilik kurg memuaskan. Bilik 104. Peti sejuk tiada, bilik air kurg bersih. Suis lampu rosak. Hanya boleh on dan iffkn main suis je. Siaran tv tiada masalah. Bantal flat dan tiada bantal extra disediakan.

Room especially carpet not clean. No iron, air conditioner not functioning. Not cold.

Pro: staff are friendly, food was good. Last time I went here, the food is so bad and not so many choices. They have improved, now quite a lot of choices and tasty 👍 the pool is big and clean. My kids have good time there. Cons: the cleanliness in the room is so bad nowadays. The carpet is full of dust. The wall have big mould, the toilet also have a lot of mould. The air in the room also feel dusty that I had to buy my own room freshener. Also there is no more refgirator inside the room. Dulu ada, kenapa skrg takda. Too bad, after mco this hotel is not as good as before🥲.

Urusan check in lambat. Perlu tunggu dan berdiri lama. Cadangan, tambah staff dan buka kaunter banyak sikit. Berdiri hampir 30minit untuk urusan check in.

Check in kena byr RM2.00 untuk cukai warisan negeri Melaka kalau x silap. bilik xde fridge walaupun ada ruang. pool ok. breakfast ok.
