all the stamp is accommodating...

Toiletries are not complete, there is no electric kettle available, even rugs are not provided, there had been a problem in their water pump and instead of informing the guests about the problem they waited for us to complaint and did not even offer us a solution. we end up requesting for pail of water. we have to request everything before it can be available. a good customer service and experience must be applied.

Stayed overnight with my two siblings as we had an early morning flight abroad the next day. The room they gave us was very spacious. We especially loved the double deck bed which was comfortable. The bed sheets were clean. Our request for additional towel was accommodated promptly. The front desk officer, bell boy and security guard were very helpful and attentive. We would have loved to stay longer. Will stay here next time when we will be in Lapu-lapu City. Would have loved it if they accommodated our request for early Filipino breakfast. They only gave us 2 toasted egg sandwiches and one mocha mamon for take out as we had to check out at 2 a.m. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this B and B.
