Kamar lumayan, pelayanan ramah, sarapan enak. Hanya saja jalan naik ke hotel kurang bagus.

To start this is by far the place we've been in Sumbawa. The check-in people was so unfriendly and there's an older lady that always there with unfriendly face. Ok I can live with that, the worst part? The room has no exhaust or sort so we are feels suffocating in the room, bathroom was too small and dirty with shower that runs like a dog piss. The towels they're provide somewhat dirtiest than my floor mat

Clean, basic, functional, but could do with a sink in the bathroom. People nice, great location and amazing Tambora coffee for breakfast.

Strategis di pusat kota dan cukup untuk di wilayah Kabupaten.

Sangat memuaskan. Mulai dari layanan dan fasilitas melebihi ekspektasi saya. semoga kedepan lebih diperbaiki lagi.
