There was a lot of noise from outside the hallway, and the alarms went off for quite a while.

Location is in Makati ave, along intersection so you can hear car honks day and night. Room is clean but very plain.

Clean room. Nice staffs. Can get grab cars or taxi easily because it is along Makati Avenue. Near to different bars in Makati. They do not have kettle but can ask hot water from front desk. Just bring your own cups. Overall it was a great stay. :)

The room was basic though spacious. The bathroom was very nice and complete though mine’s door cannot be closed completely. All the essentials are available plus free bottles water. Will stay again if needed.

I highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a place to stay in Makati. The room and toilet were spotless. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. This is great place away from home. I cannot wait to book it again.

Two of our reserved rooms have disfunctioning aircon! It was really hot in our rooms while the other room has a leaking air con.

Awesome stay here on Hop Inn Hotel

nice clean basic room with ample bathroom space. mice bed with comforter. noisy honking of horns - noise pollution level makes it hard to sleep. thin walls. no toiletries -can't even buy from the hotel of you forgot your toothbrush. no ref in the room. requires name and ID of everyone going in the room which is a hassle if not everyone is arriving on the same time.

Accessible to eateries, malls, super value for money thinking you are in makati!!

Accommodating personnel. Thou the AC is not working well and the wifi doesn't have a connection. You can hear the noise outside but its okay. I still sleep peacefully. The room is quite clean.
