A comfortable, shady hotel, close to the house inherited from my parents

Comfortable. Cool. Very good for family stay.

stayed 2 nights at Candisari Hotel Karanganyar Kebumen.. because there was a family celebration.. the room was ok, spacious, service was so-so, breakfast was a dud.. the first day breakfast was given grilled rice filled with.. 1 anchovy, Pete, plus chili sauce for the filling.. and mendoan tempeh.. it was terrible the rice would only contain white rice with unclear filling.. when I complained I asked for fried rice the next day. and breakfast was not buffeted.. sent to the room and the portion was small.. only complained about the breakfast.. the others. okay

Tired of staying at Candisari Hotel. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel like a tent, check in at 20.30 - check out at 07.00, from check in I couldn't take a shower because the cold water didn't come out, what came out of the bathroom from the tap was only hot water without cold water, the technician repaired it until 23.00 the result was the same, little cold water and it didn't come out until morning. In the morning I complained to the FO because the cold water didn't come out and only hot water (extremely hot), the reason was because the pump was broken/burned, why wasn't it checked again immediately. Ordered breakfast at 6.00, arrived almost at 7.00 and it wasn't according to the order, fried rice, what came was unclear rice. There was no compensation whatsoever even though the room price was quite expensive for a 2-star class compared to other 2-star hotels (for example: Amaris Hotel). In the morning I was even offered to take a shower in another room and I refused, which was clearly the same because the room next door only had hot water.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the bathroom is clean and the bathroom furniture is all new. Hopefully I can travel and stay here again 🥰

Bangunan lama, bersih, pelayanan bagus, tapi AC kurang dingin, flush WC tidak berfungsi.

Dapet kamar medium dengan harga 345, banyak nyamuk, kasurnya kasar seperti banyak debu, pesen makan pas dateng yang antar makan judes pol ga ada ramah-ramahnya. Tv ga nyala juga colokannya jauh-jauh, wifi entahlah, ga ada telepon di kamar. Makasih 🙏.

Pas buat singgah waktu traveling, pilih kamar yang membelakangi resto lebih recommended.

AC gak dingin padahal booked 2 ruang VIP ke 2-2nya gak dingin.

Actually the hotel is quite comfortable, the view is beautiful, but the room is a bit unkempt and smells a bit when we enter, the bed sheets don't seem to have been replaced because if the bed sheets are new usually for hotel class they definitely smell good, and if we don't use private vehicles it's a bit difficult to find a grab or go-jek service. I was just walking around in the area and I asked the hotel if there were any hotel vehicles. But the view is quite good, cool, lots of trees

Dirty toilets, lack of cleanliness, fried rice food is too sweet.

The hotel is huge but the cleanliness is the problem, especially the bathroom. They need a very-serious improvement.

Warm water does not come out, the bathroom smells, check in has a problem, not worth it with the price.

The place is very dirty, breakfast is delivered to the room but not packaged properly. The sheets and towels were very brown, lots of cockroaches in the room.

Actually it's good, just a little disappointed because in the room we got the ac didn't turn on. Even if it's on, it really doesn't feel cold :( then the water is also clogged but it's nice to have a bathtub so it's not bad. The wifi doesn't seem to reach the room either so the signal is a bit difficult other than that okay, thank you.
