My honest review: rooms are compact with no space to store luggage. Placed on cement flooring. Water pressure low, warm & salty. Complimentary breakfast lousy & not buffet. F&B at Arsa Santi restaurant is expensive & not worthy. Food lousy. There's a Lee restaurants at walking distance but not advisable to walk at night due to no street lights & lots of dogs. The management charged IDR 600k but negotiated to IDR 400k which was still very high for a short distance taxi service to Penida social house restaurant bar which is located 3mins away by car. Pro: hotel very near to harbour & free shuttle service. Not recommended as can get a better place & food for the room rate paid.

The rooms were not well equipped with fittings! The rooms didn't have a place to put our bags. It was all over the floor! Air conditioners were quite bad! Water pressure on upper floors was bad. Food at the restaurant was just so-so! Not much of choices available! However, the place was beautiful! Staff were pleasant!

The location is superb! Less than 10 minutes walk to the pier. Room is very large with Smart TV and wifi. But shower is slow. Take time for a shower.
