Counter service very slow. I had to wait a long time before I could enter the room.

Hotel conditions not as advertised. Entrance at the back which is a bit annoying. No front entrance. The door already broken.

Aircon warm, not really clean and have a lot of cockroaches.

The room smells, so does the corridor.

Aircond tidak sejuk. Tekanan air juga sangat rendah. Masa saya menginap, air tiada dan terpaksa tunggu sehingga air ada untuk check out. Tandas kotor.

I booked a twin bed room but got a queen bed room instead. The room has bugs. The lobby smells bad. Not so ‘executive’ hotel.
