老闆人很好。我去的時候正好是淡季。飯店沒有電梯，所以我要求換到樓下的房間。飯店免費幫我升級了房間，空間也更大了。浴室的熱水供應有問題，水溫也不熱。建議自備牙膏，因為飯店不提供。考慮到價格實惠，這一點也算合理。走廊有點潮濕的味道。飯店位置極佳，交通便利，附近有很多餐廳。它靠近馬哥打醫院、港口和馬哥打廣場購物中心，離英雄廣場購物中心也很近。

這是我多年來住過的最簡陋的房間。房間裡沒有水、咖啡、熱水壺、電視或迷你冰箱，不過如果你自備水瓶，可以用飲水機接水。我的房間臨街，整晚都很吵。床單上滿是汗漬和污漬，髒兮兮的。我真不知道這是多年客人使用留下的痕跡，還是最近沒洗過。床上只提供毯子，而不是羽絨被。我從來不相信任何國家的飯店會把毯子洗乾淨。我覺得他們不會每次客人離開後都清洗，所以就把毯子丟到床的一邊。我只能勉強蓋衣服睡覺，退房後立刻去洗衣服。飯店提供的兩條毛巾中，只有一條看起來勉強能用。淋浴水溫倒是夠暖和。牆壁髒兮兮的，還有污漬，需要重新粉刷。淋浴間的天花板油漆都剝落了。只有一個電源插座可以為電子設備充電。沒有電梯。優點：附近有便利商店和餐館，步行到市中心也不遠。業主應該把「馬六甲最佳飯店」改名為「馬六甲最差飯店」！

我很喜歡房間的乾淨和寬敞，價格也很實惠。服務也非常好。我肯定會再次入住。

員工友善，環境乾淨，離馬哥打醫院很近。這是我看病時的首選飯店。

哥哥非常友善，飯店也不錯，價格很實惠，地理位置優越。

一分錢一分貨。唯一的優點是交通便利，隔壁就有一家餐廳，提供各種美食。價格低廉，房間條件就只能這樣了。房間一般，但考慮到價格，也算值。

雖然價格很便宜，但是酒店很老舊，床單暗淡無光，床邊還有很多污垢。

This is not my first, second or third stay in Best One Hotel, everytime I come to Melaka I always stay here, eventhough I get room on 2nd or 3rd floor, but its OK. Location is the best, beside hotel there is a local resto with 100 kind dishes, many cheap resto near hotel, massage and food court. Only walking distance to Mahkota Medical Center, less than 5 minutes, its rekomended hotel if you come to Melaka for medical treatment or holiday

Staff-nya ramah, kamar-nya lumayan untuk menginap sehari dua hari, lokasinya strategis.

First, I apologize, I don't have a photo about this hotel, but I've known this hotel since before the Covid era, and it's getting better and better. What I like most is the hotel location and its surrounding, walking distance to Mahkota Hospital and Malls. It's recommended.

Lokasi yang sangat strategis, dekat banget ama Mahkota Hospital, tempat makan di mana-mana, ke mal juga dekat.. Cuma kamar biasa aja, hehe.

BEst One Hotel I know since 2019, before Covid, and its getting better and better. The Staff is consider friendly, room clean, and location is great, just side of restaurant. Wifi certain area is ok. btw there is no TV inside the room will consire to re visit next time
