房間的地毯很髒。地板上還有上一位客人留下的Mamee零食碎屑。 我告訴了前台，並要求客房服務人員吸塵，但之後散落的零食碎屑依然在那裡。最後，我不得不自己清理並檢查了一遍，以確保我的寶寶不會撿起來吃掉。 淋浴間的熱水器壞了，正如其他客人在評論中提到的那樣。我們只能用冷水洗澡。 廁所有一股難聞的氣味。 整體清潔狀況令人失望。 優點： 早餐時餐廳的工作人員非常友善有效率。 食物味道不錯，雖然種類不多，但令人滿意。

一開始入住的房間有霉味，所以要求換房。換到的房間很舒適，停電後也升級了房間。 還會再次入住，因為這裡舒適且靠近市中心。步行即可到達附近的餐廳。

飯店還不錯，但可能比較老舊，所以浴室裡長了很多青苔。除了透過應用程式付款外，我們還要額外支付25令吉，相當於兩晚的費用……早餐選擇不多。

Book for my wife since she went to service her case. Upon check in the room is not very clean..The bath tub drain cover is missing, ask for receptionist three times, and they said they will send maintenance guy.Need to wait for three hours, finally need to go down to reception and luckily can change the room.If u looking for good hotel in Alor Setar kindly choose another hotel.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL image show black spore in hotel room

A little disappointed with the check-in process. Arrived at the counter around 12.30pm and requested to check in at 2pm but the reception informed that check-in could only be done at 3pm. I asked that if the room was available @2pm, please contact me again. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not even contact me until I arrived at 3.10pm. Check-in went smoothly but the 3pm check-in policy was not the same as the information stated on the card in the room. Overall experienced, Happy :-) Keep it up!

Very good hotel and very comfortable

The room is big and the hotel staff are friendly. The hotel is close to Aman Central and marts.

I dun understand why this hotel categorised as 4 star hotel. I booked two rooms for two nights.. It is so dirty here.

I booked 1 night stay for business trip. Didn’t have high expectation on the room conditions as there are also bad reviews. To my surprise, the room was not dirty or smelly as per some other reviews. It was fine considering it’s not a new hotel. Although it looks abit run down but the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. With the price u paid it is value for money.

Waktu saya bertanya letak mal terdekat, dengan ramahnya staff hotel memberitahu.

Kad bilik saya decline dan saya tak dapat masuk ke dalam bilik setelah pulang dari majlis pada jam lebih kurang 1.30 pagi. Nasib baik masih ada staff berada di bawah dan saya dapat aktifkan semula kad bilik saya. Selain itu ketika saya ingin mendapatkan semula wang deposit saya, resit tersebut telah ditulis nombor bilik yang lain dan tak sama dengan bilik saya. Saya telah merujuk semula kepada staff hotel dan nasib baik tiada masalah untuk saya mengambil semula wang tersebut. Diharapkan hal seperti ini tidak berulang semula oleh pihak hotel. Selain itu diharap tiles dan jubin tandas dalam bilik bolehlah di polish semula supaya nampak lebih bersih.

The staffing & locations perhaps is in a good rates of attending the guest but the facilities need to improve even we see many guests checked in during our stay.

Most terrible stay with smelly room like old furniture smell, carpet inside the room became hard maybe too old carpet, toilet bowl with clearly stain and leaking with discharge water inside the toilet bowl after flush, water tap pipe broken and water splash out. Disappointed

Water heater not function well.

Hotel paling terbaik, semua lengkap dalam bilik, memang terbaiklah, parking senang parking senang, bilik besar. Puas hati lah. InshaAllah ada rezeki akan booking hotel ni juga.
