Very bad experience, I was went to this hotel with my wife and my daughter. 1. Check-in, me and a lot of guesses have wait for more than 3 hours for check-in process. The hotel is not enough staff and the process is more than 20 minutes per guess to receive the room key. 2. The room is very dirty a lot of dust and bad smell, I think it from the room was not open for many years due to covid situation, no cleanup the room before selling it. My daughter and me step on bed and I saw a lot of insect remain on pillows and bed nook after, me and my family stay for just 15 minutes for and get out to dinner. I asking maid to clean up the room. We feel very body itch abit difficult to breed so it from the dust in the room, 2 hours later, we was back from dinner and get in to the room, ohh nothing changed. No clean up. We was decide to quit and move to other hotel, I was went to reception to check out. I have to wait again more than 30 minutes so it was very terrible new year trip. All of us feel very bad like we had allergy symptoms. We decide to go back home, not to stay in other hotel. I need to complain the hotel management team, all we known, new year holiday is very high population of tourists but you are very bad management not preparing enough staff to support high season, almost your receptionist s was no eating hold day I heard it from many guess during que up for check-in. Due to your poorly management, you open the new zone that was closed more than 3 years to sell it. Not enough maid to clean up the room, many guess said this hotel room is very dirty room when I got into my room, ohh it was sure and confirmed as I heard it during walk to the room. It very dirty, a lot if dust and insect remain on the bed and bed hook. And very bad smell like it closed for long long time. Not enough staff to services. If the app have 0 satisfaction, I will give you 0 rate. And not recommend this hotel.
