Recommendedfor budget friendly hotel.

The bed doesn't have comforter and the toilet doesn't have any tissue paper. The garbage can in the toilet doesn't have plastic cover. I was so disappointed.

Overall, the place was nice and clean, I was also able to do a little laundry and hang it outside the balcony. The bed was a little hard because of the leather.

It says queen size bed in the ad but what we got is 2 single beds that can't be joined together becayse of the configuration of the room

Great room. What you see is what you get besides being very budget friendly. Excellent wifi speed. Over all, I give it a thumbs up.

This is my 3rd time staying at Skypark Pensionne and they always meet my expectations.

The staff are so accommodating. We need a spa due exhilarating activities in the South Cebu. You know Spa is at 2nd floor. Laundry shop is just nearby and lots of resto too and diners are on the 1st floor beside the reception area. Clean and comfortable. It is worth your money. Feedback please complete the toiletries. I will stay again here when given the chance to visit Cebu.

The hot & cold shower is not working.

The aircon is so noisy and the mattress are thin.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel with my daughter, we love the place the surroundings and the room and the services. I would like to recommend this to my family and friends as well.

The aircon was so noisy at night due to maybe ice formation inside the unit and at early morning the ice starts melting which made my bed wet.

It’s cheaper but clean, the room is spacious, nice ambiance, the receptionist was nice and welcoming, they have massage for 250 onlyfor 1 hour and it was great.

I had my expectations at low because the rate was cheap but when we came, the staff are really nice and the room was comfy! We had a great stay. Highly recommended 👍

Air conditioner is not good, in order for you to switch on or off the aircon you need to move the big cabinet taller than a human. Hotel also is not an exclusive because of their restaurant so many students.
