对UCSI大学来说很舒适

住了两天，没有房间钥匙，想开房间只能请工作人员帮忙😮‍💨

由于我的孩子毕业，我被迫留在这里，在房间里来回走动，不得不打电话给主管人员😪

Friendly staff, good food, but the room is narrow. The hotel near Bus station Terminal Bersepadu

The 1st room are too small & so dirty (byk taik cicak, toilet so so dirty and cannot function. The receptionies is so good, helpful and very polite. He replace with new room. But the new room is also too small, no kattle & the frige are not function. The price are not suitable at all compare to the saiz of the room. Very dispointed. I'm so sorry 😔.

I love the ambience and the cleanliness. It once was a student residence and the room little in space but the amenities well provides.

The shower is broken. The choice of food at the Quad is very limited and have to wait very long. The breakfast time very late.

Tempat tidur nyaman, lobi bagus, lokasi agak jauh dari perbelanjaan. Cocok bila anda hendak mengunjungi universitas UCSI.

The room is too small, the aircond is too loud, unclean so many ants in the room. The toilet is stinky. The worst was i should wait 3 hours for check in process. Definitely won't be back

Parking was very costly. I hope they will provide free parking to hotel guests.

This location is in mid of construction, the hotel area still half way to complete, reception area a bit smell due to welding work and next door still have new building in development. Many mosquito especially in the reception and waiting area. Food were nice can give credit. The nearest ATM machine is few block away(need to drive). No stall or shop nearby

Pada saat check-in ditemukan botol kosong, kamar seperti sudah dipakai. Hari ke 2 menginap disana minta make up room, ternyata kamar tidak dibersihkan. Hanya diganti handuk dan air minum saja.

Hotelnya satu gedung dengan kampus USCI univ sehingga memudahkan orang tua yang sedang mengurus anak-anaknya, bersih dan nyaman walaupun beberapa tipe agak sempit.

Nice hotel, easy to located. we attend my daughter's graduation day at Ucsi University. so I booked the hotel, quite satisfied with the hotel, the management should improve the services. others all ok for us.

Overall review is satisfaction, not much comment as for budget hotel stay, but not meet average of 3 star hotel rating.

Nice place, internet very fast

Bathroom is too small and not comfortable for us to stay.
