Staff we’re approachable and courteous. The breakfast buffet is the best.

check in was taking very long due to somehow my booking was lost, check out is equally long due to early morning no one to check the room, breakfast service is bad, order egg never turn up, no tea or coffee being offered, overall was disappointing

Service is so poor, from the receptionist up to the housekeeping. We lost a necklace and we were calling them if their room cleaner keeps it after they make up our room, but when we called from the reception the staff named Jane passed the call to housekeeping named Rhea. And she told us to call us back. But after 6 hours we called again because they didn't call back. The receptionist just hung up the pone. We are so upset!

Upon check in.. We showed our booking details through app. Got my name and booking number. However, they could not confirm our booking. We are told to send the whole booking page/voucher to their email address. Of course it was so inconvenient. We waited at least 30 mins just to check in.

When we are planning a staycation, we always stay here. Their room is clean, friendly staff, we can also get access to l'fisher chalet where our kids can enjoy swimming.
