Very nice staff! Small very clean room, nice bathroom and a nice pool to cool down. A perfect place to stay for a few days and discover the Island.

Hotelnya bagus, kamar yang bersih, pegawainya ramah, fasilitas bintang, hanya posisi hotel agak di di dalam dan ga free bycicle.

Tidak ada kapal yang menuju ke sana, alhasil kami tidak jadi menginap di sana.

I booked for 1 night initially but extended for more. Absolutely love the staff and the room! When I arrived at the port, I called the hotel to ask for directions and Wulan, the staff, picked me up instead. It's within less than 10 mins of walk from the port. The room was all prepared with the aircon on when I checked in, which was a delight on that hot day. They even served a welcome drink. The room is perfect for me as a solo traveler. It's small (with a big bed) and it feels like a cozy cabin with the wooden floor. It was super clean and so was the big bathroom. The bed was very soft and comfy and I had one of my best sleeps here. Amenities were great (towels, soap, shampoo, dental kits, toilet paper, bottled water). Everything worked perfectly in the room - aircon, wifi, hot shower, lights and TV. A few power sockets were placed in good spots and even have the options of the 2 or 3 legged sockets. The porch was nice to chill in and spacey enough for me to do stretches. They offered to clean and make up my room everyday but I didn't really need that so I didn't take the offer. They had a menu for lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. I had their nasi goreng and it was great. The location is great and quite central - close to eateries, grocery shops, port and to the sunset point too. The best was of course the hospitality of the team there - Wulan, Bu Ayu and Pak Kadek. They were very kind, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with them and appreciate all their attention to make sure I was able to sleep well and enjoy my stay there. I will definitely come back here and recommend this place! Penyambutan penginapan sangat ramah, pihak sari gili menjemput, walaupun kita yang tidak sabar nunggu jadi selisih jalan. kamar sangat bersih, fasilitas melebihi ekspektasi. Owner sangat ramah, service nya sangat memuaskan.

Mantap, pelayanannya ramah dan sarapan enak, tidak terlalu jauh dari pelabuhan recommended deh.

Hotel ini sangat pas untuk liburan keluarga, liburan romantis. Receptionistnya sangat ramah dan kamar bersih tapi sayang tvnya tidak bisa digunakan/rusak dan sabun mandi tidak ada. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan pantai overall is good.

Sinced I step in to this place,i felt homey. Good location, walking distances to reach this place ( 10 mnts moreless from harbour ) Checked in less than 5 mnts, room was ready with ac on and welcome drink inside the room. Room is small but tidy & clean. All the staff super nice,helpful & friendly. Small pool but nice & clean. This place is nice & peaceful. Very worth it with the prices. Breakfast was ok, you can find local foods restaurant just next door with the very nice owner. I really like this place & definitely would be back here when I visit gili air again. Saya sangat senang menginap di penginapan ini. Fasilitasnya bagus dan bersih. pelayanan ramah. kamar mandi bersih wangi. Tempat tidur standar internasional jadi saya bisa nyaman istirahat bersama pasangan. Saya pasti akan kembali menginap di sari Gili bungalow ketika berkunjung ke Gili Air.
