入住期間，飯店員工都非常友善。我尤其想稱讚2026年4月5日晚間值班的男前台接待員。他熱情地幫我免費列印了機票文件。可惜我忘了問他的名字，但我真心感謝他的友善和優質服務。

Breakfast starts at 7am. We weren't able to eat there as the restaurant is still closed but we need to catch our plane. Food is just so so.

The room always cleaned and beautiful. The staff are nice. Good location too. The food I don't know we ordered once but it was not good so we don't eat room service again. But over all nice staying. ❤️

It was indeed a satisfying stay, except that the room service for our dinner did not return with my change when I paid in cash. Anyways it's a small change. Overall the staff and the place is “Maayo”.

This is the second time I stayed in the hotel and see myself staying here as long as I am in the city. The interiors are classically gorgeous even at the bar cafe at the deck. The room was regal and corporately toned! I love that we can devour everything in the fridge for free and not worry on watching tv empty handed 😜 Staff were great and welcoming. This hotel is the best by far! Convenience for airport distance is ideal 👍🏽Their breakfast feast is the best too! I’ll keep recommending this hotel to anyone I know who’ll be in Cebu 👍🏽

My husband and I stayed here for a night and it was one memorable place. The staff are accommodating and the place is cozy and comfortable to stay. The amenities are exactly the way I'm expecting it to be fabulous and well maintained. My husband and I will surely come back here with our kids soon!

Before we booked to this hotel, I read one of the reviews here in traveloka stating that this is the best hotel they stayed in the phils. We smiled after reading the comment and thought that maybe she was not able to stay in other hotels that we stayed before especially to the hotel we considered as the best hotel we stayed in the phils. However, when we checked in here, we felt ashame to our first impression to her statement because, she's really right! Upon arrival the guards were very helpful and accommodating! All the staffs were well trained and have pleasant personality, beautiful inside-out! This hotel promotes filipino culture and products with international standards and environmental friendly! Very sophisticated hotel with a touch of cebu. Upon entering the hotel, it reminded us of the hotel we love in sg. We love the aroma, the cleanliness and everything in this hotel! The ambiance is really peaceful, clean and elegant! We also love the food here! You must try and you won't regret! You will regret if you will not try 😊 We're looking forward to stay here again and wanted our family members, friends and love ones to experience what we have experienced here!
