之前住過CIQ飯店，感覺還蠻標準化的。價格非常非常合理，所以這方面沒什麼好說的。

房間雖然不大，但很乾淨。我沒想到房間居然在地下室，但冷氣很給力，房間很涼爽。客房用品和日用品每天都會補充。退房時也提供了免費的礦泉水。總的來說，房間乾淨整潔，維護得很好。

地理位置非常優越，出遊十分便利。房間雖小，但考慮到價格，設施齊全，而且非常乾淨。

我們最初的印象並不好，但前台的吉米先生徹底改變了一切。他熱情、有禮貌，非常關心我們。他甚至問我是否已經收到取消的Airbnb預訂的退款，這讓我非常感激。 考慮到我帶著年邁的父母，他特意加快了我們的入住辦理速度，以便他們能盡快休息。這份體貼讓我們倍感溫暖。 雖然我們只住了一晚，但這是一次美好的體驗。飯店非常漂亮，外觀是傳統中式/娘惹風格的建築，內部裝潢優雅別緻。飯店氛圍寧靜祥和，我們非常享受這次住宿。 衷心感謝吉米先生的熱情款待。祂讓我們的住宿舒適而難忘，我們一定會再次光臨。

Staff sangat baik, helpful, dan akses ke JB Sentral tinggal berjalan kaki.

i arrived at midnight and was greeted a warm welcome from the staff! as i stayed there for a few nights, they also would ask whether we want our room to be cleaned. everyone there are friendly and also very helpful!

Kamar ga kedap, view jendela kamar 210 sangat ga bagus, tv susah pake, ga ada tisu di kamar kecuali tisu gulung toilet

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect to everything. The staff were so helpful. Great experience!

When we checked in, the smell of the previous customer was so strong that we went out first to be cleaned. Our room was not tidied up when we went out, soap, water was not prepared and I had to ask for it first at the reception. I do not recommend this hotel.

Tempat minimalis unik tempatnya, tempat bersih kamar mandi bersih.

Overall, we had a nice experience here. However, it was quite hard for us to find a parking spot for our car, but eventually we found one.

This is my 3rd time staying. 1st and 2nd times room condition are acceptable. But for 3rd time, the room and toilet extremely dirty. Floor sticky, cup stains on small table, hair on floor, toilet basin curry stains, toilet tiles with algae and black mole. Bed frame shaking.
