eventhough the receptionist is not a very friendly one when I arrive, offering services and amenities felt a bit forced. But they provide help and assistance when I need one. Locantion was good to walk around and explore talad noi area. receptionist available 24hour guest dont have to worry.. a lot of delicious street food surrounding very good. Room are not very soundproof but my neighbors and street in front pretty quiet.

Room is good, clean and tidy. Located near china town. But the soundproofing system is terrible. The front desk staff in the morning are cute and enthusiastic, and the front desk staff in the evening are extremely annoying.

The room is clean and spacious enough for two persons. The toilet and shower room are separate and well-partitioned. The hotel is next to the parking lot, so there can be some car noises but not a big deal. A great stay.

The room is too “packed” for triple, no hanging clothes, when I was checking in into the room, found bed linen & pillow cover were quite dirty. Some of the Grab or taxi drivers not familiar with this hotel area. You have to walk abt 20 mins to Chinatown. For me, will not stay again at this hotel.

Location is good, the breakfast is very good (so make sure you sign up to include the breakfast if you are not on foodie hunt). The only catch is that the taxi drivers have hard time understanding the area (and it's a tricky turn into the lane of the hotel), so you better arm yourself with the Thai address with you (the receptionist can help).

Staff were friendly. Hotel room is smaller than other similar hotel. I don't like the room and my mum nags me whole day. Location is too far from the Chinatown. Would recommend to stay royal instead of this. Also, add on 1 extra person charges 300baht only pillow + towel a night. OMG, not even a bottle of water given. Very stingy hotel. Not going to stay in future. The spa pool is not good as expected. So overall not satisfied.

Pelayanannya sangat ramah banget terus boleh check-in jam 12 selain itu makanannya enak banget dapat 1 paket makan, teh panas, Orang juice sama water kemudian pas kita harus pergi jam 7 sarapannya dibungkuskan sama pihak hotel pokoknya ini hotel recommended banget.
