When thailand is famous with friendly people but the workers here is definitely not (especially front office and bell boy) which needs to be the most friendly one! Here is not friendly at all, 4 star hotel with this kind of attitude as a hotelier? All the good furniture and facilities is wasted with the services.

Khách sạn 4 sao nhưng không cung cấp bàn chải đánh răng, lược.. , nhân viên thân thiện. Nhưng tư vấn không quá nhiều. Bữa ăn sáng không có nhiều sự lựa chọn.

Clean room. Nice swimming pool. Friendly and polite staff.

Great services, clean facilities, well trained and mannered staff members ! 😀 marvelous ! Also quite easy to travel around the city (i suggest using phrom phong bts station using emquatier exit and take a taxi from there it cost only 45-50 thb if mrt is inconvenience for you I found it was really hard to get a taxi from the mrt and I took 15-20 min. Walking back to the hotel , might because it was songkran festival time and events are all around ,so no taxi wanted to give me a ride because of the traffic 😂). I also ordered some food from the mave cafe, it's quite expensive but the taste and quantity are really worth it ! 😋

New hotel. Hotel is located at a very convenient; staff are really friendly and helpful. There are 3 choices for Breakfast set selection. Rooms are very comfortable with good city views. Nice swimming pool and fitness. I stayed here for my business trip in Sukhumvit area, it was very easy to reach there. It was a short time to stay for this trip. For next trip in Bangkok I will come with my family. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was our first stop on our trip to Thailand and what a great start. The hotel was impressive and very new, The staff were great and helpful. The rooms were not big but it compact for me, clean, and comfy bed. Just only 10 mins to RCA for night party with friends...it's so much fun.

Good hotel for relaxing although the hotel is a way out of center to shopping but you can use underground and skytrain .There is nothing much in the way of shops, bars or restaurant around hotel, but there is a good, and cheap Chinese restaurant opposite to the hotel. You can reach to entertainment area or night life by taxi just only 10 mins.
