Very accessible to public transportation, near the port and downtown, courteous staff. One of my picks when in Tagbilaran.

I have been staying in this hotel since I first stayed here last 2016-2017 early months.... The location is pretty near the port and other food areas, the room is spacious and also the bathroom, though the food is not so exquisite still i’d prefer the location.

At the price of two thousand plus per night, the experience is not good. Comfort room has no bidet. No slippers. Room is so small. No chair or space to fix your things. The space of the bed made it difficult to love around for 2 persons. Bad bad bad experience.

Room was clean and new. Buffet breakfast was good. Only thing was that we were not allowed to check-in early even if we made a request in our booking. When we got there, they immediately turned down our request to check in early, I mean, they didn't even check first whether or not there was really no available room.

wifi was good. stable connection.

the male personnel who fetched us from airport were welcoming and the foods were great. airport transport was good and staff were welcoming except for one female staff who never smiled contrary to, what the city projects as a friendship community. the comfort room does not have a bidet which is helpful for child guests. other than that, the hotel is perfect as it is near the airport and seaport. going to and from it was not a hassle.

The room itself is clean even the hotel but the bed was not that comfortable to sleep, we only stayed there during night time so we expected the bed to be very comfortable. Service was above expectation, friendly staff, we received a warm welcome, very accommodating, we had our request in a snap of a finger. The breakfast buffet was good but very little variety of food, the taste is great. Location wise is a plus. Overall it was an awesome experience for a family vacation. We would surely come back.

New hotel with modern design. We had a suitable stay. Will come back.
