地理位置優越 但安保措施亟待改進。客人爭吵時，會嚴重影響其他客人，但飯店卻不採取任何行動。

The staff was okay. But the cleanliness need to improve more. Floor was dirty. TV, table & window got dust. We can smell someone else’s smoking from inside our room. Sorry no photos were taken. Location okay, many restaurants around the hotel.

Secara keseluruhan bagus, lokasi strategis, banyak restoran di sekitar hotel, cuman malam agak berisik karena suara-suara dari mesin restoran sebelah hotel

Dua kali menginap di sini karena lumayan dekat dengan lokasi pertandingan catur yang anak saya ikuti.

Kamarnya lumayan luas, pelayanan ok. Tempat makan lumayan banyak di sekitar hotel namun sayangnya tidak ada masakan/restoran selera Melayu 😢

Tempat strategis banyak kuliner & dekat dengan austin waterpark. Tapi malam hari mau tidur bising karena banyak bar & karaoke yang buka sampai jam 2 pagi.

The receptionist service is 5 stars. When I need to print out document, they manage to help me out. That is a big flavour to me

I love my stay here. The rooms are clean and spacious as we booked the Deluxe King room. But when we checked in there int any towels but that's ok since we checked in quite early too

Nice rooms. The area is near lots of shops and restaurants. Limited parking space due to that. The staffs were friendly and got free candies too.
