这是一家价格相对实惠的酒店，房间和周边环境都很干净。设施齐全，毛巾干净。客房清洁服务可应要求提供，且可靠。

房间有点小，但是干净。。整体还不错。。就是房间没有窗户，睡不着。

入住和退房流程简单快捷，房间干净舒适。

我在这家酒店住了一晚，总体体验非常愉快。快速的入住流程和友好的员工让我立刻感受到宾至如归的感受。 我住的房间干净舒适，布置整齐。床很软，睡眠质量很好，在劳累了一天之后，我感觉得到了充分的休息。浴室也很干净，热水供应也很顺畅。 虽然只住了一晚，但我还是有机会享受酒店宁静舒适的氛围。酒店内部装潢现代典雅，营造出温馨舒适的氛围。我参观了餐厅区，看起来挺有意思的，但遗憾的是，我没有机会品尝那里的美食。

A satisfying experience staying here, we stayed here because there was a music concert nearby and the distance was very close to walking so the access was very easy. Around the hotel location there are also many places to eat and familymart. The room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff. If there is another concert this will be our first choice hotel again hehe.

Staff selalu ramah, kamar tiap hari dibersihkan, kamar juga bersih, handuk wangi.

We arrived early to check in and left our luggage. The lady at the front desk was kind but not particularly friendly. The room was ready at 1 PM, and so far, it has been good and clean. However, the room isn't soundproof, which is quite annoying when the neighbors open and close their doors.

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, juga handuknya bersih. Akses makanan dan minimarket dimana-mana. Dekat pasar Seri Petaling dan D. I. Y saya sudah 2x menginap di sini untuk nonton konser di Axiata Arena.

Hotel lumayan bersih. Cuma tidak terlalu kedap suara jadi agak berisik. Staf ramah. Cari makan gampang. Oke lah.

I have to personally thank to all the staffs there. Especially miss who were assigned at Sunday morning Jul 30th. She helped me immensely when my phone was broken and I need to know my booking ID for my return flight, she also helped me to order grab with her phone and she lended me her phone. I couldn't thank her enough. Hotel is also comfortable and so many food stalls around.

Friendly staff, nice place and dikelilingi berbagai tempat jual makan, toko obat maupun minimarket 👍.

Sound proof very bad. Very noisy until morning 5 am from downstairs I paid 3 nights and check out after first night. Really bad.
