Semua okay kecuali breakfast tak berapa byk pilihan dan taste biasa2 seja. 😅 Gara2 mati air, swimming pool pun x boleh guna. Agak rugi la check in hotel ketika tu... 😌

This hotel is my priority choice when I visit Sandakan

I always booking this hotel when I outstation to sandakan. Eventhough the breakfast not have many choice but the food is very tasty. The room also very spacious and cozy.

The hotel is a modern & therefor attractive building. The staff on reception were friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Where the hotel was let down, was the total lack of any local information available in the room or at reception. The hotel surroundings are not attractive and it's position is very isolated - walking to nearby areas of attraction is at least 15 minutes & alongside a dangerous road - consequently you need a car or taxi to get anywhere. This is further problematic due to there being no facilities in the hotel i. e. the restaurant is only open for breakfast (buffet style) & lunch (limited menu), there is no bar, no gym, no swimming pool and I believe no room service (no menu /information in the room). An attractive hotel option as a transit place to stay between flights but not for a Sandakan stay - should have stayed at The Sabah Hotel instead.

A few restaurants near hotel. walking distance +-300m. enjoy viewing pasar malam on Saturday night.

Love staying here. The room is great. Easy to go anywhere. All staff are friendly.

Lokasi hotel strategik kerana berdekatan dengan restoran makan minum dan juga shopping mall.

Room is spacious and bed is clean. The toilet fixtures are rusty and smells. Breakfast is limited and tastes bad. Just walk over to the shop lots right next door for proper breakfast

A nice and smooth experience with the hotel. Been here twice already and everything was fine. Just that they aren't any shops within close proximity, so you have to walk quite a bit to the nearest town area. Also, it would be better if they can provide pool towels for patrons since it was quite a hassle to bring your own towels from the room.
