Fasilitas sangat jelek dan kamar mandi & wc sangat tidak bagus (tidak bisa digunakan)

Pelayanan Hotel harus lebih ditingkatkan di semua aspek

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is friendly, however, the room is a big no. This is an old hotel and sadly the facilities are not restored. The room is pretty dark, the walls are dirty, the curtain is so outdated, but the worst part is the bathroom. You don't want to go in there, but you need to. So, just bear with it. And they don't clean your room. Yikes.

Ramah pelayanannya dan tempat strategis, dekat dengan pelabuhan perikanan Samudera Bitung.

Cocok buat urusan bisnis, nyaman buat istirahat.

This is a good hotel, the standard double on floor three was comfortable and clean. The air-conditioning unit was old and a little noisy but it did work well and was quiet enough after adjusting the settings (setting the fan to a lower speed). There are lots of small warung style restaurants nearby and the hotel is very close to Pelabuhan Ruko where you can get a boat to any of the dive resorts on Lembeh. Breakfast was quite good with lots of options. I think it is a little over-priced but is still probably the best option for transit to Lembeh for diving.

Toilet lobby kotor sekali, tidak ada tissue dan ada kutu di kamar tidur.

Really really run down. But the staff are attentive and helpful.

The hotel is too expensive as a 2 star hotel

Fasilitas tidak bagus, misalnya telepon tidak dapat difungsikan, Shower tidak berfungsi dan sarapan pagi tidak tersedia padahal include dengan breakfast. Agar kedepan dilakukan perbaikan fasilitas.

Hotelnya sudah harus direnovasi ulang, perawatannya perlu diperhatikan terutama di kamar mandi, banyak yang rusak, lemari, lantai, semuanya perlu diganti.
