Internet not working properly. Housekeeping bad (had 2 times to ask for) resort is overpriced.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Blue Rock Resort, staff especially the reception was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was spacious and clean. The weather was fine perfect to celebrate a family weekend!

It 's too pricey for how the room looks and smell. (Smells like someone cooked inside the room and left it locked for quite sometime). You don't get any drinking water for the amount you pay not even toothbrush. The linen is old and doesn't smell fresh. And btw you are not allowed to bring any outside food. Even the surroundings including the beach not that good. I feel like I was robbed with the amount of money I paid. For now that 's how I smell and see it. Hopefully this will improve in the future.

This is our 5th time booking the same hotel here in traveloka. It saves a lot of money and time. We will definitely go back in Blue Rock beach resort. The place is so relaxing and the food servings are huge and so delicious.

We had a great stay in Blue Rock. We will definitely come back soon, again.

Expectation vs reality it would be my first and last. a h**kers place.

The resort staff are not friendly and approachable. We reached the property at past 9 in the morning and talk to the reception if it is possible to check in early since we came from Tarlac via motorbike and the reception seems like a bit angry and told us to check in at 2pm. We really understand that is the standard check in time so we waited at the resort restaurant knowing that rooms at the moment are actually free and needs only to be maked up by housekeeping. Restaurant staff are also unapproachable and shows a bit negative attitude. The room is in old style, television channels only provides the main channel such as GMA, ABS-CBN. There are no toiletries provided except for Soap and Tissue. What worst is the fact that, our room was the one who we saw cleaning by a housekeeping as we arrived but they did not let us check in early. In fact they mention they’ll inform us when it is already available but they did not do it. At 12 noon we saw guest checking in already (foreigners) and they didn’t let us to have our room on that time given that it is available already. When we’re checking out, the housekeeping attendant informed the reception that mineral water, juice and a choco mucho is missing which we hadn’t take out or eat/drink in during our stay. There is no available list of product/food that is located in the fridge. They want us to pay 120 pesos and we insisted that we didn’t drink the water&juice and ate the choco mucho. The restaurant food is good but pricey. Over all I had unsatisfied stay at the hotel. They need to improve their costumer service particularly their front liners.

Friendly staff and just by the beach. Food was good and servings were huge (you can share it between two people).

I booked 3 rooms for overnight. 2 deluxe and 1 superior both beach front. No free breakfast. I love the location of the resort because it's beach front. Very nice view. 2 floors no lift. Small pool. No complementary drink like bottled water, no toiletries like shampoo toothbrush slippers unlike the other resorts and hotels in Subic except for the tissue roll and 2 pieces bath soap. We're not satisfied with our bed linen and comforter. Already used I guess. Toilet/Bathroom must be renovated. We did not tried their restaurant my husband checked the menu. He said very pricey. We dine to nearby Hotel. We really love their foods. We ordered Crepes Banana and Mango filling topped with scoop of ice cream very very delicious in Blue Rock! I so love it! I just want to say Thank you to the boys who helped us to carry our things going to the room. They were very helpful. We want to experience their floating restaurant but unfortunately not available because of the weather condition.

Except for the nice sea view, beach front rooms are not so good compared to the rooms in the back. It looked old and not properly maintained. Floors are wet and no rugs are provided inside, bedsheet are stained and a bit smelly. They do not allow to bring food and drinks inside but the restaurant is a bit expensive. I advice that you just eat outside since there are lots of resto nearby. Ask the staff to double check if the snacks and other toiletries are complete in the room before checking in. After we checked out, they insisted that we need to pay (but we didn't) the snacks, bottled water, even the conditioner that were missing in the ref and mini cabinet. We didn’t consume any of those. This is the third time we stayed in this resort, and the first time this incident happened. All in all, we had a nice stay, but I guess we’ll never come back again.

Great food and very relaxing place.

The room was ok, the house phone in the room was not in working condition when in need to order room service I would have to go to the restaurant to order my meal for room service. The toilet was in quite a bad shape as the toilet flushing system is not working properly, the shower tap looks broken and the water heater sometimes does not have hot water and the air-conditioner is noisy. No bath shampoo or conditioner was provided.

The place is decent but the food is not so tasty and the prices are way too high.

Just fine. Room is ok for the rate. Accommodating staff. If you forgot to bring toiletries, it is provided in the room but you need to pay what you used. Food is ok. Pool is too small.

Food was great...staffs are accommodating and friendly...it's near to the places we want to go...room is clean though fixtures in the bathrooms needs fixing...but overall our stay is worth it!!we will surely will come back!!

It was fun and had a great time with my partner. People are very accommodating. The food is great, big servings we can't even finish it all. Waitress/Waiter are very fun to talk with. Always cracking jokes with the customer and for me that was awesome! Thanks Blue Rock.
