房間很乾淨，員工也很友善熱情。因為隔天一早就要離開，所以沒能品嚐飯店的食物。如果電視使用Wi-Fi，最好使用網路線連接，以免訊號不穩定；或也可以使用室內/室外天線備用。

Lokasi hotel strategis, mudah kalau mau kemana-mana. Pelayanan cukup baik. Namun pilihan makanannya tidak begitu banyak.

Lokasi strategis, tapi kamar ada nyamuknya dan tidak kedap suara. Tidak ada kursi di kamar, jadi kurang nyaman untuk bekerja karena saya menginap di sini untuk perjalanan bisnis. Saya komplain ke staff dan diselesaikan dengan baik. Menu sarapan enak

The good thing about this hotel is its friendly staff. However, I definitely did not expect to be confined in a prison-like room when I paid extra for a room with window. Who would've guessed that the said window is facing a wall and pipes? The shower had very weak stream, too. The breakfast was also sad in a way. The buffet was cold because they ran out of burner. Most food they provided was also just carbo. I'm just grateful that I only had to stay for a night here.

Akses strategis. Bisa jalan kaki ke JICC, stasiun MRT, halte Tije. Kebersihan cukup cuma kurang kedap suara. Kalau ada orang ngobrol di dalam kamar terdengar di depan pintu.

stay here for two night wiht my wife, the first night i got skin itching with the bed i turn on the light and found plenty of small hair on the bed just like you just come out from barbershop, but neither both of us cut our hair. you guys can be better than this managing the pricey hotel cleanliness!

Paling parah ya ketika saya minta handuk, jawabannya gudang dikunci karena yang jaga sudah pulang. Konyol banget jawabannya. Bilang saja lagi asik merokok di luar.
