Ini hotel terparah guys, AC gak dingin dikasih kipas angin, seumur-umur baru pertama nginap dikasih kipas angin, gak akan mau nginap lagi di sini.

Hotel yang letaknya sangat dekat sekali dengan pasar pratunam, banyak makanan dan sevel juga. Kemarin waktu menginap disana dapat di gedung baru, secara fasilitasnya oke.. cuman sayangnya mungkin dapat ditingkatkan lagi dalam hal kebersihan karena kemarin pas stay disana banyak semut di meja rias dan kamar mandi. thank you.

Staff hotel ramah dan helpful. Kamar cukup luas dan bersih. Hanya saja kekedapan suara membuat kurang nyaman. Suara berisik dari tamu lain terdengar, lantai atas, samping kiri dan kanan. Secara keseluruhan stay di hotel budget yang satu ini bisa menjadi pilihan. Letak yang strategis, dekat ke mana-mana. BTS, mal, Pasar Pratunam, pilihan aneka tempat makanan yang beragam.

wifi kmren bermasalah, seharusnya film yg ditonton menarik, hotel ditempat yg ramai, mudah cari makan, cuma tidak ada exhaust buat sedot debu

Kecewa dengan pesanan kamar untuk 4 orang, ternyata pihak hotel izinkan 3 orang karena hanya ada 3 tempat tidur. Akhirnya nambah bayar 1200 upgrade ke kamar yang lebih besar untuk 4 orang.

Kecewa dengan booking kamar yang awalnya di app tertulis untuk 4 orang, ternyata kamar-nya hanya untuk 3 orang. Saya harus upgrade ke kamar untuk 4 orang dengan tambahan bath 1200. Menurut pihak hotel, ini kesalahan pihak app.

Foto yang saya lampirkan adalah berupa screenshot, karena gak bisa unggah video. Kamar luas, kamar mandi luas, terpenting WC ada bidet-nya guys. Selain itu, ada tempat taruh koper dan lemari buat tempat baju. Saya sangat puas dengan hotel ini karena ramah, awalnya saya ragu untuk memesan hotel ini karena takut nambah fee atau apa karena ada di komen tentang tambahan fee extra bed jika 4 orang. Nyatanya saya datang dengan tipe kamar sleep family room (4 orang) pas kok. Tidak disuruh tambahan biaya lagi. Alhamdulillah.. benar-benar lobby dekat lift bisa digunakan untuk packing barang. Terima kasih banyak ini adalah pengalaman di hotel yang memuaskan

Fyi. First time ke BKK, langsung nginep dihotel sleepstation ini selama 4 hari disini tuh yang kaya keluarga bgt. Karena bener2 ramah, buat tempat packing dilantai 1 luas dan sangat welcome dengan orang asia.Banyak yg bilang hotel ini buruk, tapi saya ngerasain good fasilitas, good lokasi. Bener2 99% bagus.. selain itu, saya pernah minta bersihin kamar. Tapi pas saya plg belum dibersihin, beberapa selang 30menit, buat yang bersihiin dateng.. jadi menurut saya mereka sangat sopan. Saya memesan kamar 1 double bed dan 2 single bed (total untuk 4 orang)TIPE SLEEPFAMILY..kamar luas ada kaca buat foto outfit. Cuma minusnya adalah kamar mandi tidak ada pewangi, dan kita lupa bawa pewangi..walaupun kamar mandi tertutup tapi tetep masih bersih kok.. setelah keluar hotel , disebelah kanan banyak sekali tempat makan dan ada sevel. Untuk ke pasar kurang lebih 5 menit jalan kaki. So far , AKU AKAN BALIK LAGI KESINI!!

I booked grand superior family room based on the traveloka search for 4 pax and the positive reviews. i was given the room key to go up and was called back to the counter. staff said the room I booked is only for 3 pax, she refused to barge when I showed her the booking was for 4 pax and insisted the room photos shows 3 pax. Either I contact the agent or cancel the booking and rebook or top up extra 500 baht per night for the 4th person. I had no choice but to pay for the extra bed, pillow and towels as i did not want to waste time on this matter nor cancel the booking and pay more money. They said will add in the extra bed after 3pm. We came back after 4pm and no bed was added. We were told the money we paid was not for extra bed but for stuffs like towel and pillow etc. We were upset and the boss finally came out. The boss talked to his staff in Thai language and they agreed to give us the extra bed based on what we paid earlier. We made us wait and delivered the extra bed only at 9pm. We decided to change room and upgrade to a bigger room for 4 pax which is the sleep family room for the remaining 2 nights. This was the first time I had such bad experience. Our room was at level 6 luckily, it is not soundproof. So we can hear people talking and songs. There were also ants at the wall and toilet sink. The location although is good that there are street food and shops just nearby which is convenient but I would definitely not rebook this hotel for future holidays. I seriously hope traveloka verify the room pax with the hotel again and change it if the room is indeed meant for 3 and not 4 pax so that others will not make same mistake as me and ended up paying extra. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the receipt I paid and the hotel took it back.

Location in the middle of pratunam market. Smell not good. The bed was strong make can't sleep well

Staf hotel sangat ramah, kamarnya cozy, bersih. Buat building 2 minusnya cuma lorong gang-nya itu yang di depan jualan canabis. Ga mengganggu sih, cuma ga nyaman aja rasanya kalau aku.

The only downside was they're not cleaning the room while we're away. So I asked for room service at 12 and came back at 4, the room was still messy. I must wait till 5:30 just to have fresh water and new coffee and can't sleep because I must wait for the cleaner. It is in a good location for people who want to shop in the Pratunam area. Hospitality is great but really need to work on room service time and schedule.

Untuk lokasi sangat strategis, hanya saja untuk building 2 agak kurang nyaman karena ada yang jual canabis di depan gang. Prefer building 1. Untuk resepsionis sangat ramah. Harga murah, kamar nyaman, selesa, hanya saja untuk amenities hanya tersedia sabun dan sampo, untuk sikat gigi dll tidak ada. Over all, oke lah dengan harga yang sangat muraahh.
