The only problem encountered is reception is quite slow.

Management are not flexible to customer needs. This is the worst customer service. They only care for the profit not for customer satisfaction.

The service was great but the buffet was not that good. The waiter informed us that they don't refill the food so if you take breakfast like we did between 8.30 am-9 am chances are you won't be able to get some of the food. I suggest that if this is the usual practice, that the offer rates without breakfast since there is a coffee shop and other restaurants across the hotel that serve breakfast.
