Kamar hotel sangat luas, lokasi straregis, kamar juga selalu dibersihkan dengan baik, hanya saja di bangunan saya tidak ada lift sehingga harus naik turun tangga

Điểm cộng dễ thương là có một bé mèo rất ngoan trong khách sạn! 🇬🇧: Great location, just a short walk to Pratunam Market and surrounded by many local shops. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Saya dan keluarga mendapat pengalaman buruk: 1. Staf hotel tidak membaca catatan pemesan kami (salah satu meminta kamar 1 lantai krn checkin bersama anak2 kami) 2. Kamar kami tiba2 dibuka tanpa izin tidak lama setelah kami check-in dan keluar sebentar utk beli makan siang (-/+ 30 menit) padahal dikamar kami ada tas dan koper (beserta bbrp barang berharga)). Mereka agak kaget krn kami pulang lebih cepat, alasan mrk krn ada perbaikan AC yang memerlukan akses kamar kami, tidak make sense krn seharusnya perbaikannya sebelum kami checkin (padahal kami late checkin sekitar jam 15.45) 3. Janji mrk utk memindahkan salah satu kamar kami ke salah satu kamar lain yg sudah disepakati keesokan harinya justru dibatalkan, padahan sudah sama2 mengecek kamar yg dimaksud.

I stayed at this hotel during my short trip to Bangkok, in the Pratunam area. The location is quite good, it's close to night markets, lots of food options, and a 7-Eleven nearby. However, it's a bit of a walk to the nearest BTS station, so keep that in mind if you plan to use public transport a lot. The room was clean and looked quite new, with decent amenities. However, there was no electric kettle in the room, just a thermos. So if you want hot water for tea or coffee, you’ll probably need to request it from the front desk. One thing to note: be prepared to pay a 1,000 THB cash deposit upon check-in. They only accept cash, which caught us by surprise as it wasn’t mentioned in the booking confirmation email. We weren’t carrying much cash, thinking we’d just use cards or QR payments for everything. Plus, taking out cash from ATMs incurs a 220 THB fee per transaction, which adds up. It would also have been nicer if the front desk staff were a bit more welcoming, they seemed a little unfriendly and didn’t smile much. On the bright side, the security staff were very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, the hotel itself is decent and in a good area for food and shopping, but a few improvements would make the experience even better.

Sebenarnya secara lokasi dekat banget dari pasar, pusat perbelanjaan dan mal besar (bisa dengan jalan kaki), room wise lumayan kecil (not recommend kalau sudah berkeluarga walaupun keluarga kecil) dan kekurangan yang mungkin bisa diperbaiki—mungkin bisa di-state details bahwa sekarang balkon-nya sudah tidak bisa digunakan untuk merokok (this way, lumayan useless juga untuk orang-orang yang mencari room with balcony—namun tidak bisa digunakan). Di luar itu semuanya berjalan lancar, thank you🙏🏻
