I had a bad experience at this hotel, the photos did not match expectations and I had to leave at 12 noon and it was accelerated to have to leave the unit. There were no bathing tools, tissues, and toiletries there, no wifi either. And there are many animals like cockroaches in the kitchen.

The room are spacious, comfy and very clean. I enjoy the stay and will definitely book again. Thumbs up!

The place is actually very nice but how can we stay and relax if there’s no water? We can’t take a bath and even pooping cannot cos there’s no supply of water in the whole facility. They’d just inform us about the water issue when we arrived but before we go there for our check in I called them first to verify our check-in time and yet they didn’t inform us about the water issue. I think next time they should inform the customer ahead of time so they can still have chance to choose a place to stay and relax not to get waste their time and add more stress.

The place was good and the view from the roof deck was awesome. What I didn't like is aside from the room payment, you have to pay 1100 upon check-in for the cleaning fee. Also the pool closes too early it closed at 6:00 pm and even though the signage says that it will open at 8am in the next morning, they open it at 10am.

phòng rất đẹp rất sạch sẽ nhưng có điều tôi không hiểu lúc đầu đã thanh toán phòng trên thông báo thanh toán là 2.000.000 vnd và check in phòng sớm hơn dự định là 2000P và check out phòng muộn là 2380P tổng là 5380P (check time more) tôi nghĩ tất cả đã thanh toán xong. nhưng khi tôi vào ở 1 ngày thì phụ thu tiền an ninh bảo vệ đế. 3000P ? vấn đề là không hiểu ? lý do chúng tôi không biết tiếng anh nhiều. thật sự không hể một chút vui vẻ cho ngày ở tiếp theo.
